基于精益思想的油田鉆井成本管理模式研究

【摘要】:石油鉆井工程是進(jìn)行石油天然氣資源勘探開發(fā)的主要工程,被譽(yù)為“石油工業(yè)的火車頭”。而鉆井成本是油田企業(yè)成本中所占比重最大的部分,鉆井成本管理和控制則是油田企業(yè)成本管理工作中的重中之重。近年來,國內(nèi)各油田在鉆井成本管理工作中下了很大的功夫,總結(jié)出了一些好的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和辦法,對鉆井成本管理起到了積極的推動(dòng)作用,但在人員費(fèi)用和物價(jià)大幅上漲的趨勢下,如何有效的降低鉆井成本仍是目前油田企業(yè)鉆井成本管理的核心,鉆井成本管理的模式也仍需進(jìn)一步研究和探討。 本文將精益思想引入油田鉆井成本管理中,首先分析將精益思想引入鉆井成本管理的有效性和可行性,,根據(jù)JD油田鉆井成本管理的實(shí)際情況,將傳統(tǒng)的“四個(gè)單井”的鉆井成本管理模式進(jìn)一步改進(jìn),以實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目標(biāo),構(gòu)建了以精益設(shè)計(jì)、精益預(yù)算、精益核算、精益控制與分析、精益考核為一體的鉆井成本精益管理模式,提出了實(shí)施此管理模式的保障措施,并希望這一模式能為油田加強(qiáng)鉆井成本管理,提高油田經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,實(shí)現(xiàn)油田低成本可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)提供一定的支持和幫助。
[Abstract]:Petroleum drilling engineering is the main project of oil and gas exploration and development, which is called "locomotive of petroleum industry".The drilling cost is the largest part of the oil field enterprise cost, and the drilling cost management and control is the most important part of the oil field enterprise cost management.In recent years, many oilfields in China have made great efforts in drilling cost management, summing up some good management experiences and methods, which has played an active role in promoting drilling cost management.However, how to effectively reduce drilling cost is still the core of drilling cost management in oil field enterprises, and the model of drilling cost management still needs to be further studied and discussed.In this paper, lean idea is introduced into drilling cost management. Firstly, the effectiveness and feasibility of introducing lean thought into drilling cost management are analyzed. According to the actual situation of JD oilfield drilling cost management,The traditional "four single well" drilling cost management model is further improved to realize the sustainable development of low cost, and lean design, lean budget, lean accounting, lean control and analysis are constructed.This paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the lean management model of drilling cost, and hopes that this mode can strengthen the drilling cost management and improve the economic benefits of the oil field.To achieve the low-cost sustainable development of oil field strategic objectives to provide some support and help.
