基于利率市場化的商業(yè)銀行盈利模式研究

【摘要】:利率市場化是我國現(xiàn)階段金融改革的重要任務(wù)之一,繼2013年7月全面放開貸款利率管制后,2014年11月央行下調(diào)了金融機構(gòu)人民幣存貸款基準(zhǔn)利率,2015年3月1日又再一次上調(diào)存款利率浮動區(qū)間至基準(zhǔn)利率的1.3倍,這一舉動表明我國的利率市場化改革正在提速并逐漸進(jìn)入深水區(qū)。人民幣利率市場化的新任務(wù)將是放開存款利率上限,并形成新的存貸款基準(zhǔn)利率機制。我國商業(yè)銀行在利率市場化的沖擊下,以利差收入為主的盈利模式受到了極大的挑戰(zhàn),商業(yè)銀行的資金來源和資金成本將會受到很大影響。為了在競爭中求生存、促發(fā)展,商業(yè)銀行如何轉(zhuǎn)變盈利模式應(yīng)當(dāng)作為一項重要的研究課題。 本文研究了利率市場化和商業(yè)銀行盈利模式理論,對轉(zhuǎn)軌經(jīng)濟國家和西方發(fā)達(dá)國家商業(yè)銀行在不同程度的利率市場化水平下的盈利模式分別做出總結(jié),分析利率市場化改革對我國商業(yè)銀行盈利模式的影響和我國商業(yè)銀行盈利模式現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合外國先進(jìn)商業(yè)銀行在已經(jīng)完成的利率市場化改革中積累的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn),通過面板數(shù)據(jù)模型實證分析我國商業(yè)銀行盈利能力的影響因素與盈利能力的相關(guān)性,最后在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出基于利率市場化的我國商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)變盈利模式的對策建議。 我國商業(yè)銀行要轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的利差主導(dǎo)型盈利模式,逐漸過渡為非利差主導(dǎo)的多元化的盈利模式。對此,商業(yè)銀行必須加大金融創(chuàng)新,提高中間業(yè)務(wù)的競爭力;優(yōu)化信貸結(jié)構(gòu),推動傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)均衡發(fā)展;提高商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險管理能力;提高商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品的定價能力;建立品牌意識,加強品牌宣傳;對于我國不同類型的商業(yè)銀行,也應(yīng)采取差異化定位的對策實現(xiàn)盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)型;還應(yīng)放寬視野,提高商業(yè)銀行的國際化程度。同時,,商業(yè)銀行盈利模式受到經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的影響,可以通過強化其市場主體地位,完善市場體系為商業(yè)銀行金融創(chuàng)新和改革提供一個良好的外部環(huán)境。銀行監(jiān)管部門也要加強審慎監(jiān)管,完善監(jiān)管法規(guī)。此外,還需要加強商業(yè)銀行公司治理水平,提高風(fēng)險管理能力。
[Abstract]:Interest rate marketization is an important part of China's current financial reform, Ren Wuzhi. Following the full deregulation of lending rates in July 2013, the people's Bank of China lowered the RMB deposit and loan benchmark interest rate of financial institutions on November 2014, and on March 1st 2015 again raised the floating range of deposit rates to 1.3 times the benchmark interest rate. The move indicates that China's interest rate marketization reform is accelerating and is gradually entering deep water areas. The new task of RMB interest rate marketization will be to liberalize the upper limit of deposit interest rates. Under the impact of the marketization of interest rate, the profit model, which is dominated by interest margin income, has been greatly challenged. In order to survive and promote the development of commercial banks, how to change the profit model of commercial banks should be an important research topic. This paper studies the theory of interest rate marketization and commercial bank profit model, and summarizes the profit models of commercial banks in transition economies and western developed countries under different levels of interest rate marketization. This paper analyzes the influence of the interest rate marketization reform on the profit model of commercial banks in China and the present situation of the profit model of commercial banks in China, combining with the experience and lessons accumulated by foreign advanced commercial banks in the interest rate marketization reform that has been completed. This paper empirically analyzes the correlation between the influencing factors of commercial banks' profitability and their profitability through panel data model, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of the profit model of Chinese commercial banks based on the marketization of interest rates on the basis of the previous research. The commercial banks of our country should change the traditional profit mode of interest margin leading, and gradually transform into the diversified profit mode dominated by non-interest rate. In view of this, commercial banks must increase financial innovation, improve the competitiveness of intermediate business, optimize the credit structure, Promote the balanced development of traditional business; improve the ability of commercial bank risk management; improve the pricing ability of commercial bank products; establish brand awareness, strengthen brand publicity; for different types of commercial banks in China, At the same time, the profit model of commercial bank should be influenced by the economic environment, which can be strengthened by strengthening its market position. Perfecting the market system provides a good external environment for the financial innovation and reform of commercial banks. The banking regulatory authorities should also strengthen prudential supervision and perfect regulatory regulations. In addition, it is also necessary to strengthen the corporate governance level of commercial banks. Improve risk management skills.
