【摘要】：項目成本控制是項目管理中最重要的環(huán)節(jié)之一。電力建設(shè)項目是我國電力行業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)性建設(shè)工程，對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會發(fā)展都具有重要的意義。輸電線路項目的成本控制與管理是一項復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程。此種項目成本管理因不同的項目、規(guī)模、建設(shè)單位、管理體制會有所差別，在實施的過程中也會遇到各種因素的影響。輸電線路項目的成本控制需要從項目的全過程進(jìn)行控制與管理，才能保證整個電力建設(shè)項目的順利進(jìn)行。本研究通過對陜西延長榆能化110kV輸電線路項目中的成本控制實施過程的分析，研究了延長榆能化110kV輸電線路項目的實際情況，并針對實際情況進(jìn)行了具體分析，，增強(qiáng)了該項目優(yōu)化實施方案的實用性與科學(xué)性。 本文主要分為五個部分。第一部分對研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容與研究框架、創(chuàng)新點進(jìn)行了概述。第二部分是在收集和閱讀項目成本管理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和項目成本控制理論的基礎(chǔ)上，對項目成本管理與控制的相關(guān)定義、內(nèi)容、原則、過程等進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。第三部分結(jié)合案例分析了延長榆能化110kV輸電線路項目中運(yùn)用項目成本控制管理理論進(jìn)行的成本控制方法及實施的具體措施，從實踐中驗證了項目成本管理在電力建設(shè)項目中的重要作用。第四部分對延長榆能化110kV輸電線路項目方案優(yōu)化后的實施過程進(jìn)行了闡述，并分析了該項目的最終實施效果。最后對全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，明確了使用項目成本管理方法進(jìn)行成本控制，對電力建設(shè)項目的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Project cost control is one of the most important links in project management. The cost control and management of transmission line project is a complex system engineering. The cost management of this kind of project will be different according to different project, scale, construction unit and management system. The cost control of transmission line project needs to be controlled and managed from the whole process of the project. By analyzing the process of cost control in Yanneng 110kV transmission line project in Shaanxi province, the actual situation of Yongneng 110kV transmission line project is studied. According to the actual situation, the practicability and scientificalness of the optimized implementation scheme of the project are enhanced. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, research content and research framework, The second part is about the definition, content, principle of project cost management and control on the basis of collecting and reading the relevant documents of project cost management and the theory of project cost control. The third part analyzes the cost control method and concrete measures of Yanneng 110kV transmission line project using the project cost control management theory. The important role of project cost management in electric power construction project is verified in practice. Part 4th describes the implementation process of Yongnanhua 110kV transmission line project after optimization. The final implementation effect of the project is analyzed. Finally, the full text is summarized, and the cost control using the project cost management method is made clear, which can guide the electric power construction project.
