【摘要】：企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的實施依賴于有效的內(nèi)部控制,而有效的內(nèi)控機制需要集成化的信息系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的信息技術(shù)支撐。本文指出天津榮程聯(lián)合鋼鐵集團有限公司是涉足國際貿(mào)易、園林綠化、礦業(yè)投資、煤化工、綜合利用的民營企業(yè),并以其為例,分析了基于ERP平臺提升企業(yè)財務(wù)、供應(yīng)鏈以及人力資源管理等方面的內(nèi)部控制有效性的具體措施。
[Abstract]:The implementation of enterprise strategy depends on effective internal control, and the effective internal control mechanism needs the support of integrated information system and network information technology. This paper points out that Tianjin Rongcheng United Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. is involved in international trade. Landscape greening, mining investment, coal chemical industry, comprehensive utilization of private enterprises, and taking it as an example, this paper analyzes the specific measures to enhance the effectiveness of internal control of enterprise finance, supply chain and human resource management based on ERP platform.
