【摘要】：根據(jù)資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表衰退理論學(xué)說,由資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表問題引發(fā)的危機,其內(nèi)在表現(xiàn)形式具有很強的隱蔽性,因而,該類危機給經(jīng)濟帶來的危害也是前所未有的,如果政策運用失誤,將使經(jīng)濟陷入長期的衰退之中。當(dāng)前,隨著中國經(jīng)濟高速、多元化的發(fā)展,部分行業(yè)也隱現(xiàn)出了資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表衰退的跡象。美國和日本曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過的經(jīng)濟大蕭條證明,為防止資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表衰退危機演變成一系列金融海嘯,中國政府出臺的"積極的財政政策和適度寬松的貨幣政策"是積極的和可取的。但是,基于全球危機影響的長期性以及宏觀經(jīng)濟政策實施中暴露出來的諸多問題,對現(xiàn)有的收入分配、財政支出以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等宏觀經(jīng)濟政策進行適當(dāng)調(diào)整,是經(jīng)濟理論結(jié)合我國實際國情的正確選擇。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of balance sheet recession, the internal manifestation of the crisis caused by the balance sheet problem has a strong concealment. Therefore, this kind of crisis also brings unprecedented harm to the economy. Will plunge the economy into a long recession. Now, with China's rapid and diversified economy, some industries are showing signs of balance-sheet recession. The Great Depression in the United States and Japan has proved that, In order to prevent the balance-sheet recession crisis from turning into a series of financial tsunamis, the "active fiscal policy and moderately loose monetary policy" issued by the Chinese government are positive and desirable. Based on the long-term impact of the global crisis and the problems exposed in the implementation of macroeconomic policies, the existing macroeconomic policies, such as income distribution, fiscal expenditure and industrial structure, are appropriately adjusted. It is the correct choice of economic theory combined with the actual situation of our country.
