建筑工程施工項(xiàng)目成本管理與控制

【摘要】:在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中一般決策和設(shè)計(jì)階段所消耗的項(xiàng)目總成本比例較少,項(xiàng)目施工階段則占用了絕大比重的項(xiàng)目成本。以此看來,如何控制項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中的成本,就是控制了整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目的成本重要所在,也是本文研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。 論文先從建筑工程項(xiàng)目成本管理的基本理論出發(fā),著重分析了我國目前的建筑工程項(xiàng)目成本主要存在的問題現(xiàn)狀,分析了項(xiàng)目成本的分類和特點(diǎn),針對(duì)如何加強(qiáng)成本管理,把成本管理和成本控制做為項(xiàng)目成本的重點(diǎn)來研究。 結(jié)合建筑工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際特點(diǎn),對(duì)建筑工程成本和影響因素進(jìn)行了分析,包括,人員素質(zhì)、制度完善、組織構(gòu)成、工程質(zhì)量、機(jī)械材料、以及項(xiàng)目工期等,都對(duì)建筑項(xiàng)目工程成本管理有一定影響。本論文主旨為了實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目成本管理的控制目標(biāo),不僅需要建立一個(gè)責(zé)權(quán)明確的組織結(jié)構(gòu),保證責(zé)任落實(shí)到人,,還需要對(duì)企業(yè)全體員工樹立成本管理意識(shí),并且建立一套完整的項(xiàng)目成本控制管理的制度和程序。再結(jié)合案例對(duì)成本控制采用的措施方法進(jìn)行說明,驗(yàn)證采用全員、全過程的科學(xué)管理,最終項(xiàng)目取得理想的成本控制效果。該項(xiàng)目取得了滿意的成本控制效果。
[Abstract]:In the process of project construction, the proportion of total project cost consumed in general decision making and design stage is relatively small, while the construction stage occupies most of the project cost. From this point of view, how to control the cost in the process of project construction, It is important to control the cost of the whole project, which is the starting point of this paper. Based on the basic theory of construction project cost management, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction project cost in our country, analyzes the classification and characteristics of the project cost, and aims at how to strengthen the cost management. Study cost management and cost control as the focus of project cost. Combined with the actual characteristics of the construction project, the cost and influencing factors of the construction project are analyzed, including the quality of the personnel, the perfection of the system, the organization, the quality of the project, the mechanical material, the duration of the project, etc. In order to achieve the control goal of project cost management, not only need to establish a clear organizational structure, to ensure the implementation of responsibility to people, It is also necessary to establish the awareness of cost management for all employees in the enterprise, and to establish a complete system and procedure of project cost control management. The whole process of scientific management, the final project achieved ideal cost control effect, the project achieved satisfactory cost control effect.
