【摘要】:電網(wǎng)是社會(huì)進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),也是發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)和提高人民生活水平的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,合理的電網(wǎng)投資,特別是偏遠(yuǎn)無(wú)電地區(qū)的電網(wǎng)投資已經(jīng)成為改善供電服務(wù)質(zhì)量、提高企業(yè)效益、協(xié)調(diào)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié),但偏遠(yuǎn)無(wú)電地區(qū)電網(wǎng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展必須同時(shí)兼顧投資的實(shí)際情況。 本論文系統(tǒng)地介紹了全壽命周期成本理論以及國(guó)內(nèi)主要偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的電網(wǎng)投資模式,并充分論證了偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)電網(wǎng)投資的重要性和必要性。研究偏遠(yuǎn)無(wú)電地區(qū)的電網(wǎng)投資模式,提高電力供應(yīng)量,滿足居民用電需求,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境和社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文在詳細(xì)分析偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)電網(wǎng)投資的模式以及偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)電網(wǎng)投資所面臨的主要問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,基于全壽命周期成本理論,通過(guò)對(duì)集中光伏發(fā)電站,電網(wǎng)延伸,戶用光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)三種投資模式進(jìn)行建模,量化了不同投資模式之間的成本差異,為偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)電網(wǎng)投資提出了定量化分析的依據(jù),提出偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)投資的模式,以期在電力企業(yè)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,能提高偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的電網(wǎng)企業(yè)投資績(jī)效。 此外,本文針對(duì)我國(guó)偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)電網(wǎng)投資存在的問(wèn)題分別從國(guó)家、地方以及偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的角度提出了可行性投資方案。本文的研究能夠?yàn)槲覈?guó)偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展提供必要的支持和幫助,論文具有創(chuàng)新性和實(shí)踐性。
[Abstract]:The power grid is an important foundation for social progress and economic development, as well as an important material basis for developing the economy and improving the people's living standard. With the rapid development of the economy and society, reasonable grid investment, Especially, the investment of power grid in remote areas without electricity has become an important link to improve the service quality of power supply, improve the efficiency of enterprises and coordinate the development of social economy. However, the sustainable development of power grid in remote areas without electricity must also take into account the actual situation of investment. This paper systematically introduces the life-cycle cost theory and the power grid investment model in the main remote areas of China, and fully demonstrates the importance and necessity of the power grid investment in the remote areas, and studies the grid investment model in the remote areas without electricity. It is of great significance to improve the power supply and meet the needs of residents for the sustainable development of economy, environment and society in remote areas. Based on the detailed analysis of the mode of power grid investment in remote areas and the main problems faced by the investment in remote areas, based on the life-cycle cost theory, this paper extends the power grid by means of concentrated photovoltaic power plants. Three investment modes of household photovoltaic power generation system are modeled, the cost difference between different investment modes is quantified, the basis of quantitative analysis for power grid investment in remote areas is put forward, and the investment mode of power grid enterprises in remote areas is put forward. In order to improve the investment performance of power grid enterprises in remote areas during the development of power enterprises. In addition, this paper aims at the problems of power grid investment in remote areas of our country. The research in this paper can provide the necessary support and help for the development of the power grid in the remote areas of our country. The paper is innovative and practical.
