KC藥業(yè)成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),制藥行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,企業(yè)的生存環(huán)境越發(fā)艱難,制藥企業(yè)面臨著很多不利因素的威脅。例如國(guó)際大型制藥企業(yè)進(jìn)入國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的威脅、藥價(jià)下降、國(guó)內(nèi)的生產(chǎn)材料價(jià)格、人工成本、運(yùn)輸成本均不斷上升,使得眾多制藥企業(yè)的獲利空間被不斷壓縮。本文運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理等理論,通過(guò)介紹原料藥以及原料藥的行業(yè)特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用五力模型分析行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、“SWOT”模型分析KC藥業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,指出KC藥業(yè)實(shí)施成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略的必然性,探討其實(shí)施成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略的措施并對(duì)效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)尋找同類企業(yè)實(shí)施成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略時(shí)需要注意的普遍性問(wèn)題,進(jìn)一步探索這些問(wèn)題的解決方法及有關(guān)改進(jìn)措施,完善KC藥業(yè)成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)容和應(yīng)變機(jī)制,,得出類似KC藥業(yè)的原料藥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在應(yīng)對(duì)日益復(fù)雜的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境時(shí)的戰(zhàn)略選擇的一些普遍性結(jié)論,為國(guó)內(nèi)采用成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略的同類企業(yè)提供借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the pharmaceutical industry is facing increasingly fierce competition, the enterprise survival environment more difficult, pharmaceutical companies face many unfavorable factors such as a threat. Large international pharmaceutical enterprises to enter the domestic market the threat of decline in drug prices, production material prices, domestic labor costs, transportation costs are rising, so many pharmaceutical companies profit space continuous compression. This paper use the theories of strategic management, through the introduction of raw materials and raw materials industry characteristics, using the five forces model to analyze the competitiveness of the industry, "SWOT" model to analyze the KC pharmaceutical advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and points out the inevitability of the strategy of KC pharmaceutical, to explore the implementation of cost leadership strategy and measures to evaluate the effect. By finding the common problems need to pay attention to the implementation of the cost leadership strategy of similar enterprises, to further explore the solution to these problems A method and some improvement measures, improve the KC pharmaceutical cost leading strategy content and response mechanism, draw some general conclusions in response to the increasingly complex competition environment of the strategic choice of enterprise production similar to KC pharmaceutical raw materials, to provide experience for domestic use of cost leading strategy similar enterprises.
