【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的持續(xù)發(fā)展,小家電產(chǎn)品的市場需求向高端產(chǎn)品發(fā)展。為了應(yīng)對市場的變化,同時(shí)考慮到生產(chǎn)成本以及供應(yīng)鏈,大量高端產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)線投入中國建造。鑒于產(chǎn)品的復(fù)雜性、新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、跨地域的配合以及高端產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)控制,需要引入先進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目管理辦法。本文討論的主要內(nèi)容是在新環(huán)境中,工廠建立新的生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目管理辦法。 論文基于公司現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,提出鑒于目前的項(xiàng)目管理方法,不利于本地項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)項(xiàng)目管理能力的提高以及經(jīng)驗(yàn)的傳承。同時(shí)分析了FLT生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目的背景,基于該項(xiàng)目的特殊性,認(rèn)為以該項(xiàng)目為契機(jī)作為研究新的項(xiàng)目管理辦法的模板。 論文以項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)體系為基礎(chǔ),簡單回顧了項(xiàng)目管理的理論知識(shí)和發(fā)展歷程。然后,詳細(xì)分析了FLT生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目的背景和特殊性,對項(xiàng)目從戰(zhàn)略可行性、技術(shù)可行性、盈利可行性三方面進(jìn)行可行性分析,同時(shí)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目預(yù)算估算。在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中對項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、成本進(jìn)行分析和管理,最后對項(xiàng)目做出總結(jié)。 論文圍繞FLT生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的實(shí)施,詳細(xì)論述了項(xiàng)目管理工具的運(yùn)用。首先運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目工作任務(wù)分解工具對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行階段分解,建立時(shí)間表并幫助建立投資預(yù)算,,其次,引入“模糊識(shí)別模型”的概念結(jié)合專家討論法進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,然后引入量化概念對識(shí)別出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),排出重點(diǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)項(xiàng)目,針對重點(diǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)項(xiàng)目制定應(yīng)對措施加以控制,最后使用月報(bào)表的形式對成本進(jìn)行回顧和控制。 論文以FLT生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為契機(jī),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理理論以及項(xiàng)目管理工具,對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了全面的分析和管理,建立了從項(xiàng)目可行性分析到項(xiàng)目結(jié)束總結(jié)的全過程,為企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理建立了模型。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of global economic integration, the market demand of small household appliances develops to high-end products. In order to cope with the changes in the market, the production cost and supply chain are taken into account at the same time. A large number of high-end product lines are being built in China. Due to the complexity of products, the application of new technologies, cross-regional coordination and quality control of high-end products. It is necessary to introduce advanced project management methods. The main content of this paper is to establish a new production line project management method in the new environment. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the company, the paper puts forward the current project management methods. It is not conducive to the improvement of local project management team's project management ability and the inheritance of experience. At the same time, the background of FLT production line project is analyzed, based on the particularity of the project. The project is considered as a template for the study of new project management methods. Based on the knowledge system of project management, this paper briefly reviews the theoretical knowledge and development course of project management. Then, the background and particularity of FLT production line project are analyzed in detail, and the strategic feasibility of the project is analyzed. Technical feasibility, profitability feasibility of three aspects of feasibility analysis, at the same time the project budget estimate. In the implementation of the project progress, risk, cost analysis and management. Finally, the project is summarized. Around the implementation of FLT production line project construction, this paper discusses the application of project management tools in detail. Firstly, the project work task decomposition tool is used to decompose the project stage. Secondly, the concept of "fuzzy recognition model" is introduced to identify the risk in combination with the expert discussion method, and then the quantitative concept is introduced to evaluate the identified risk. The key risk items should be excluded, the key risk items should be controlled, and the cost should be reviewed and controlled in the form of monthly reports. This paper takes the FLT production line construction project as the opportunity, combines the project management theory and the project management tool, has carried on the comprehensive analysis and the management to the project. The whole process from project feasibility analysis to project conclusion is established, and the model for enterprise project management is established.
