【摘要】：為應(yīng)對嚴重的資源短缺和環(huán)境污染,我國開始控制能耗較為嚴重的建筑能耗,大力發(fā)展綠色建筑�，F(xiàn)階段我國綠色建筑總而積已超過7000萬m2,但在既有建筑面積中所占比重很小,依然有很好的發(fā)展?jié)摿ΑＮ覈l(fā)展綠色建筑的過程中,通過分析綠色建筑增量成本,對綠色建筑進行經(jīng)濟效益評價。而進行綠色建筑增量成本分析時,必須對綠色建筑增量成本有一個清晰的認識,這樣才能保證綠色建筑增量成本分析的準確性。但是在現(xiàn)階段的分析研究中,對綠色建筑增量成本的研究較少,使對于綠色建筑增量成本測算內(nèi)容和方法不夠準確,影響了對綠色建筑增量成本的分析評價。 本文在考慮了現(xiàn)階段有關(guān)綠色建筑的研究后,在分析了綠色建筑及其增量成本的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,運用全壽命周期理論和增量成本理論,對綠色建筑全壽命周期增量成本進行分析研究,首先對綠色建筑全壽命周期增量成本含義進行界定,分析了影響綠色建筑全壽命周期增量成本測算的因素,進而提出了綠色建筑全壽命周期增量成本的測算原則、步驟、方法和測算內(nèi)容,并運用實證對綠色建筑全壽命周期增量成本進行分析,為綠色建筑全壽命周期增量成本的測算提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with the serious shortage of resources and environmental pollution, China began to control the energy consumption of the more serious building energy consumption, and vigorously develop green buildings. At present, the total accumulation of green buildings in China has exceeded 70 million m2. However, the proportion of the existing building area is very small, and there is still a good potential for development. In the process of developing green building in China, the incremental cost of green building is analyzed. When analyzing the incremental cost of green building, we must have a clear understanding of the incremental cost of green building. Only in this way can we ensure the accuracy of incremental cost analysis of green building. The content and method of calculating incremental cost of green building is not accurate enough, which affects the analysis and evaluation of incremental cost of green building. After considering the current research on green building, this paper analyzes the development status of green building and its incremental cost, and applies the theory of whole life cycle and incremental cost. This paper analyzes and studies the incremental cost of the whole life cycle of green building, defines the meaning of the incremental cost of the life cycle of the green building, and analyzes the factors that affect the incremental cost of the life cycle of the green building. Then put forward the green building life cycle incremental cost measurement principles, steps, methods and calculation content, and use empirical analysis of green building life cycle incremental cost. It provides the basis for the calculation of the increment cost of the whole life cycle of the green building.
