【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)信息一體化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，信息化不但成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的決定性因素，而且還是最活躍的驅(qū)動力。因此，研究企業(yè)信息化理論與實踐，了解企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和內(nèi)容，制定企業(yè)的信息化技術(shù)解決方案和研究企業(yè)的信息化實施過程已成為當(dāng)前企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。電腦技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)的發(fā)展和進步，為企業(yè)的管理和決策提供了高效和便捷的處理手段，企業(yè)通過信息化實施能為決策提供了全方位的多維度的信息，這些信息的共享和有效利用大大增強了企業(yè)的市場競爭力。 本文以中糧生化能源（肇東）有限公司（以下簡稱ZD公司）的信息化建設(shè)和實施為例，通過對ZD公司的信息化應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和建設(shè)過程中遇到的問題的分析，從行業(yè)地位、企業(yè)的特點和財務(wù)管理模式入手，制訂出一套適合ZD公司實際管理需要的解決方案。為了解決企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸問題，本文從調(diào)整組織結(jié)構(gòu)，成本控制管理，流程的優(yōu)化，企業(yè)的標準化建設(shè)，資金的使用管理和信息化的應(yīng)用等方面對ZD公司的財務(wù)信息化建設(shè)和優(yōu)化實施進行了深入的研究。 不同的企業(yè)都有其經(jīng)營管理的特殊性，因此對于不同的企業(yè)，在不同的發(fā)展階段和不同規(guī)模都應(yīng)該采用不同的信息化規(guī)劃方案。信息化建設(shè)能否成功的關(guān)鍵是是否獲得企業(yè)“一把手”在內(nèi)的管理層的支持和認可。項目實施是一項復(fù)雜而漫長的系統(tǒng)工程，常言道，冰凍三尺，非一日之寒，信息化建設(shè)也一樣，不但涉及到軟件專業(yè)知識，同時還涉及到企業(yè)管理和績效考核等領(lǐng)域的內(nèi)容，信息化項目實施不但要有一套周密的項目實施解決方案還應(yīng)該制定一套科學(xué)的評價體系，本文針對ZD公司的信息化實施不但提出了完整的實施方案和相應(yīng)的對策，還有針對性的制訂了完整的項目評價標準體系并且對項目實施進行了系統(tǒng)的評價和效益分析。 本文通過項目的實施和效果評價結(jié)合管理理論的知識，在詳細分析和深入理解信息化對企業(yè)發(fā)展的中大作用的基礎(chǔ)上，分別從理論研究和項目具體實踐兩個層面對企業(yè)的信息化實施進行剖析，最終制訂了企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)實施的切實可行的項目解決方案和實施效果評價方案，本文的研究希望能對我國企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展起到一定的推動作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprise information integration and network technology, information technology has become the decisive factor of enterprise development, but also the most active driving force. Therefore, the theory and practice of enterprise information technology research, understand the status and content of enterprise informatization construction, the development of information technology enterprise solutions and research enterprise informatization implementation process has become a pressing matter of the moment of the current information the construction of enterprise. Computer technology, network technology and database technology development and progress, provides a means of efficient and convenient for the management and decision-making of enterprises, enterprises can provide a full range of multi dimension information for decision-making by information technology, the information sharing and effective use will greatly enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
In this paper, COFCO biochemical energy (Zhaodong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ZD company) the information construction and implementation as an example, through the analysis of the present situation and the construction process of the application of information technology to meet the ZD's problems, from the status of the industry, with the characteristics of enterprises and the financial management mode, formulate a set of practical management for ZD company need solutions. In order to solve the bottleneck problem of the development of enterprises, this paper adjust the organizational structure, cost control management, process optimization, standardization, application and other aspects of the use of funds management and implementation of information on the ZD company's financial information construction and optimization are studied.
Different enterprises have their special management, so for different enterprises in different development stages and different scale should adopt informatization planning schemes. The key to the success of information construction is the support and recognition of the management for business leaders, the implementation of the project. It is a complex and long project, as the saying goes, frozen, cold day, informatization construction is the same, not only involves the software professional knowledge, but also relates to enterprise management and performance evaluation and other fields, not only to have a thorough project should also establish a scientific evaluation system of the implementation of solutions to implement the letter the information project, not only puts forward a complete implementation of the program and the corresponding measures to implement the informatization in ZD company, and to formulate a complete project evaluation criteria The system has been systematically evaluated and analyzed for the benefit of the project.
This paper through the implementation and effectiveness of the project evaluation and management theory, the basis for the development of enterprises in the detailed analysis and in-depth understanding of the information in the role, respectively from the theoretical research and project practice in two aspects of the implementation of enterprise information analysis, the final development of the implementation of enterprise informatization construction feasible project evaluation of solutions and implementation effect, this study hopes for the development of enterprise informatization in China plays a certain role.
