【摘要】：我國現(xiàn)代園林企業(yè)發(fā)展開始于20世紀70年代末到80年代初,距今已有30年的時間,在全國大一點的省會城市相繼成立了市級園林綠化公司和花木公司。其中,一些私營園林企業(yè)則以苗圃的形式成立。2001年至今,我國的園林事業(yè)進入了高速發(fā)展的階段。在這期間,國務院曾頒布了《關(guān)于加強城市綠化建設(shè)的通知》,通知中指出：截止2010年,全國的城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)區(qū)綠地率需達到35%之上,人均綠地面積需達到10平方米以上。目前,我國經(jīng)濟呈現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展的趨勢,隨著城市和村鄉(xiāng)一體化的實施與發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸被打破,可以預見,我國園林綠化事業(yè)將會迎來一個高速發(fā)展的時期,基于此,我國園林綠化企業(yè)將有良好的發(fā)展前景。 本文基于財務視角,從我國園林綠化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展背景以及意義入手,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外園林綠化產(chǎn)業(yè)進展進行分析。在了解我國園林上市企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過財務視覺對我國園林上市企業(yè)競爭力進行評價。文章中通過對企業(yè)競爭力和影響企業(yè)競爭力的因素進行闡述,并對我國幾家大型園林上市企業(yè)的財務指標進行分析、對比,凸顯我國園林上市企業(yè)在財務視覺下的競爭力。文章也在財務視角下給出了一些增強我國園林企業(yè)競爭力的對策以及建議。
[Abstract]:The development of modern garden enterprises in China began from the end of 1970s to the beginning of 80s, 30 years ago. In the larger capital cities of the country, the city level landscaping companies and flower and tree companies have been set up one after another. Among them, some private garden enterprises have been established in the form of nurseries. 2001 to the present. During this period, the State Council promulgated the notice on strengthening the Construction of Urban Greening, which pointed out: until 2010. The green space rate of urban planning and construction area in the whole country needs to reach 35%, and the per capita green space area should reach more than 10 square meters. At present, the economy of our country is showing a trend of rapid development. With the implementation and development of the integration of cities and villages and townships, the dual structure of urban and rural areas has been gradually broken. It can be predicted that the landscaping cause of our country will usher in a period of rapid development, based on this. Our country garden greening enterprise will have the good development prospect. Based on the financial angle of view, starting with the background and significance of the landscape industry development in China, combined with the progress of the landscape industry at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation of the listed landscape enterprises in China. Through the financial vision to evaluate the competitiveness of Chinese garden listed enterprises. The article through the competitiveness of enterprises and the factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises are expounded. And the financial indicators of several large garden listed enterprises in China are analyzed and compared. The article also gives some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese garden enterprises from the perspective of finance.
