【摘要】：成本管理是企業(yè)經(jīng)營中的重要部分，它貫穿于企業(yè)經(jīng)營的整個環(huán)節(jié)，是企業(yè)管理最為重要的方面之一。隨著市場經(jīng)濟和現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的逐步完善，，深化成本管理成為煤炭企業(yè)一個迫切需要解決的問題。 本文主要介紹了現(xiàn)代企業(yè)成本管理的理論基礎，從經(jīng)營性成本管理及戰(zhàn)略性成本管理兩方面來介紹成本管理，在此基礎上介紹了煤炭企業(yè)的成本管理的發(fā)展模式。通過介紹煤炭企業(yè)的成本管理，引出煤炭企業(yè)的成本特點介紹，及影響煤炭企業(yè)成本管理的因素分析，結合山東YK集團成本管理現(xiàn)狀及問題分析。本文介紹山東YK集團的背景情況，通過山東YK集團的案例，以小見大來分析煤炭企業(yè)成本管理分別在經(jīng)營性管理和戰(zhàn)略性管理兩方面的問題。然后提出山東YK集團生產(chǎn)成本管理的解決方案。并根據(jù)加強經(jīng)營性成本管理和加強戰(zhàn)略性成本管理將對策分析分為兩大模塊，分別在不同的管理領域提出改進煤炭企業(yè)成本管理的一些建議方法及預期實現(xiàn)的效果。山東YK集團生產(chǎn)成本管理方案的配套措施中，引出煤炭企業(yè)為創(chuàng)造核心競爭力，需要注意的五個方面的發(fā)展。包括：堅持技術創(chuàng)新提升企業(yè)效益；發(fā)展規(guī)模經(jīng)濟實現(xiàn)低成本目標；立足國際化推廣提升核心競爭力；健全管理會計信息系統(tǒng)支持目標決策。
[Abstract]:Cost management is an important part of enterprise management, which runs through the whole business link, enterprise management is one of the most important aspects. With the development of market economy and the gradual improvement of modern enterprise system, deepen the coal enterprise cost management has become an urgent problem.
This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of modern enterprise cost management, from two aspects of operating cost management and strategic cost management in cost management, introduced on the basis of the development model of the coal enterprise cost management. Through the introduction of cost management in coal enterprises, cost leads to the characteristics of coal enterprises, analysis and influencing factors of cost management coal enterprises, combined with the analysis of the current situation and problems of cost management in Shandong YK group. This paper introduces the background of Shandong YK group, the YK group of Shandong case, to seeing to analyze the cost of coal enterprises management problems in the two business management and strategic management. Then put forward the solution of production cost management of Shandong YK group. According to strengthen the operational cost management and strengthen the strategic cost management countermeasures will be divided into two modules, respectively in different tube The field of science put forward the improvement of the coal enterprise cost management method and some suggestions is expected to achieve the effect of supporting measures. Cost management of Shandong YK group in the production of coal enterprises, leads to create the core competitiveness, the need to pay attention to the five aspects of the development. Include: adhere to the technology innovation to improve enterprise benefit; develop scale economy and realize the goal of low cost; based on the promotion of internationalization to enhance core competitiveness; improve the management accounting information system support decision.
