【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)對資金的需求也在發(fā)生多元的改變,一種較為新型的融資方式也隨之應運而生,它就是融資租賃。融資租賃集融資與融物于一體。伴隨著全球金融的不斷發(fā)展,各種融資渠道也應運而生,融資租賃就是金融不斷深化發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物。隨著融資租賃的不斷發(fā)展成熟,融資租賃已經(jīng)成為許多發(fā)達國家的重要融資渠道。在我國,融資租賃在近年來也迎來了良好的發(fā)展時機,各種類型的融資租賃企業(yè)的數(shù)目不斷增加,融資租賃業(yè)務范圍不斷拓展,其中也涉及到了醫(yī)療行業(yè)。醫(yī)療行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展給我國的醫(yī)療設備市場提供了巨大的發(fā)展空間,同時也使醫(yī)療設備市場的資金需求不斷加大。隨著醫(yī)療改革的深化,融資租賃為醫(yī)療機構提供了一種新的融資途徑,在很大程度上支持了醫(yī)療行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展；但是從另一方面來說,隨著我國醫(yī)療設備融資租賃業(yè)務的不斷拓展,其風險也會隨之擴大。醫(yī)療設備由于其特殊性,它的風險評價體系與一般行業(yè)也存在著不同。因此建立適合醫(yī)療設備融資租賃的風險評價體系,完善對其指標的構建,并針對設立相應的風險預警機制,完善風險管理就顯得尤為重要。 論文簡介了融資租賃的一般理論以及分類特點,通過介紹國內醫(yī)療設備融資租賃的發(fā)展狀況,歸納出我國醫(yī)療設備融資租賃風險的特點,并對其風險產(chǎn)生機制以及相應的風險控制體系進行詳細的研究,最后從宏觀的角度對我國醫(yī)療設備融資租賃風險控制體系的建立以及相應的風險管理提出相關策略和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy , the demand of financing lease has changed . A more new way of financing has become a product of financial leasing . With the development of global finance , financing lease has become an important financing channel for many developed countries . With the deepening of financial leasing , financing lease has become an important financing channel for many developed countries . With the deepening of medical reform , financing lease has become the important financing channel in many developed countries . This paper briefly introduces the general theory and classification characteristics of financing lease . Through introducing the development status of domestic medical equipment financing lease , the paper sums up the characteristics of the risk of financing lease of medical equipment in China , and makes detailed research on its risk generating mechanism and corresponding risk control system . Finally , it puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions on the establishment of the risk control system for the financing lease of medical equipment in our country from the macro perspective .
