【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的日趨復(fù)雜,企業(yè)可能將長期面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩、資金緊張、成本高企、效益變窄的壓力。要應(yīng)對煤炭需求降低,煤炭市場供過于求的市場環(huán)境,使煤炭經(jīng)銷企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,在惡劣的市場環(huán)境中生存下來,財(cái)務(wù)精益化管理研究勢在必行。將財(cái)務(wù)精益化管理理念引入企業(yè)管理中,并不斷進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和完善,有利于提高企業(yè)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量和效益,提升企業(yè)競爭力。本文在梳理國內(nèi)外精益化生產(chǎn)和精益化思想有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對精益化管理的內(nèi)涵和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述,以DT電力燃料公司為例,介紹了DT電力燃料公司的基本情況、管理特點(diǎn)和財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀,指出了該公司因市場化運(yùn)作方式時(shí)間不長,管理較粗放,在財(cái)務(wù)管理過程中存在預(yù)算不準(zhǔn)確、銷售費(fèi)用和管理費(fèi)用節(jié)節(jié)攀升、資金短缺導(dǎo)致財(cái)務(wù)費(fèi)用過高、合同簽訂不規(guī)范、信息化管理水平低等問題,針對這些問題,構(gòu)建包括資金管理、預(yù)算管理、成本費(fèi)用管理、核算管理、合同管理和信息化管理等幾個(gè)方面的財(cái)務(wù)精益化管理體系。最后,為了保證財(cái)務(wù)精益化管理體系的順利實(shí)施,本文提出應(yīng)加強(qiáng)組織保證、通過制度支撐、信息化支持、評價(jià)激勵(lì)機(jī)制等措施進(jìn)行保障。本文旨在采用精益化管理手段提高DT電力燃料公司的財(cái)務(wù)管理水平,提升企業(yè)效益,希望對于加強(qiáng)中小企業(yè)和其他商品流通企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理水平,具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing complexity of the economic situation, enterprises may face the pressure of long-term economic slowdown, capital tension, high cost and narrower efficiency. To cope with the reduction of coal demand and the market environment with oversupply of coal market, make coal distribution enterprises achieve sustained and healthy development and survive in bad market environment, it is imperative to study financial lean management. Introducing the concept of financial lean management into enterprise management and constantly optimizing and improving it will help to improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise development and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the idea of lean production and lean combing the domestic and foreign related literature, the connotation of lean management and the content of the paper, the DT electric power fuel company as an example, introduces the characteristics and the status of financial management, the basic situation of DT electric power fuel company management, pointing out that the company due to the operation of the market not for a long time, extensive management, financial management in the process of the budget is not accurate, the cost of sales and administrative expenses are rising, shortage of funds led to the financial cost is too high, the contract is not standardized, low level of information management problems, to solve these problems, including the construction of financial management system for lean fund management, budget management, cost management, accounting management, contract management and information management etc.. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of lean financial management system, this paper proposes that we should strengthen the organization guarantee, through institutional support, information support, evaluation and incentive mechanism and other measures to protect the. The purpose of this paper is to improve the financial management level of DT electric power company by improving lean management, and enhance the efficiency of enterprises, hoping to have a certain reference value for strengthening the financial management level of small and medium-sized enterprises and other commodity circulation enterprises.
