【摘要】：如果用空間生產(chǎn)理論審視肇始于1970年代歐美發(fā)達國家倡導(dǎo)的新自由主義改革,人們會發(fā)現(xiàn)這實質(zhì)上是通過塑造新自由主義化的全球空間結(jié)構(gòu)體系,重建資本積累的空間條件并恢復(fù)各國上層階級和商業(yè)精英的經(jīng)濟力量,后工業(yè)社會-工業(yè)社會-農(nóng)業(yè)社會三極全球空間結(jié)構(gòu)體系代替了原來的工業(yè)社會-農(nóng)業(yè)社會兩極全球空間結(jié)構(gòu)體系。從近40年的發(fā)展過程來看,新自由主義化的全球空間生產(chǎn)實踐有著多方面的歷史后果:作為一個空間過程,它以核心城市的轉(zhuǎn)型過程為起點,從核心國家向外圍國家擴散,變城市管理為城市治理;作為一個社會過程,它以社會結(jié)構(gòu)的重建為特征,復(fù)興各國上層階級和商業(yè)精英的力量,破壞了穩(wěn)定的"橄欖型"社會結(jié)構(gòu);作為一個經(jīng)濟過程,它以金融全球化為特征,為貨幣資本積累注入空間動力,激發(fā)歐美國家間貨幣霸權(quán)競爭;作為一個生態(tài)過程,它以生態(tài)破壞為特征,致使人類共同面臨嚴(yán)峻的生態(tài)危機。
[Abstract]:If we use the theory of space production to examine the neoliberal reform advocated by the developed countries in Europe and the United States in the 1970s, people will find that this is essentially through shaping the new liberal global spatial structure system, rebuilding the spatial conditions of capital accumulation and restoring the economic power of the upper classes and business elites in various countries. The post-industrial society-agricultural society three-pole global spatial structure system replaces the original industrial society-agricultural society polar global spatial structure system. From the point of view of the development process in the past 40 years, the new liberal global space production practice has many historical consequences: as a spatial process, it takes the transformation process of the core city as the starting point, diffuses from the core country to the peripheral country, and changes the urban management into the urban governance; As a social process, it is characterized by the reconstruction of social structure, revives the power of the upper class and business elite of various countries, and destroys the stable "olive" social structure. As an economic process, it is characterized by financial globalization, injects spatial power into the accumulation of monetary capital, and stimulates monetary hegemonic competition among European and American countries. As an ecological process, it is characterized by ecological destruction, resulting in a severe ecological crisis.
