【摘要】：很早以來,中國人就通過訂立契約來處理各種社會經(jīng)濟關(guān)系,契約在人們的日常生活中扮演著重要的角色。文章分析了中國古代契約形制與語言的變化,說明了這種變化的社會背景;討論了契約的發(fā)現(xiàn)與契約的研究史,提出利用古文書學(xué)的方法,對于契約展開長時段、跨地域的比較研究,將會是今后中國古代契約研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Since long ago, Chinese people have made contracts to deal with all kinds of social and economic relations. Contracts play an important role in people's daily life. This paper analyzes the change of contract form and language in ancient China, and explains the social background of this change. This paper discusses the discovery of the contract and the research history of the contract, and puts forward that the comparative study on the contract for a long period and across regions by using the method of ancient philology will be the direction of the study of the contract in ancient China in the future.
