【摘要】：本文對2001—2011年月度消費者價格指數(shù)和生產(chǎn)者價格指數(shù)進行了研究,格蘭杰因果檢驗結(jié)果顯示消費者價格指數(shù)的變化是生產(chǎn)者價格指數(shù)變化變動的格蘭杰原因,即存在所謂的價格倒逼現(xiàn)象。考慮到消費者價格指數(shù)的計算過程中,自有住房權(quán)重偏低,利用使用成本法修正自有住房消費的權(quán)重,并通過格蘭杰因果檢驗和建立VECM模型研究兩者之間的長期均衡關(guān)系和動態(tài)調(diào)整機制。研究結(jié)果表明,在通過自有住房消費修正后,消費者價格指數(shù)和生產(chǎn)者價格指數(shù)的相關(guān)性大幅提高,并且二者之間存在雙向傳導機制和長期均衡關(guān)系,這對消費者價格指數(shù)的編制以及宏觀政策的制定具有重要啟示。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the monthly consumer price index and producer price index from 2001 to 2011. The Granger causality test results show that the change of consumer price index is the Granger reason for the change of producer price index. That is, there is a so-called price forcing phenomenon. Taking into account the low weight of owner-owned housing in the calculation of the consumer price index and the use of the cost method to modify the weight of owner-housing consumption, Granger causality test and VECM model are used to study the long-term equilibrium relationship and dynamic adjustment mechanism. The results show that the correlation between consumer price index and producer price index has been greatly improved, and there is a two-way conduction mechanism and long-term equilibrium relationship between consumer price index and producer price index. This has important enlightenment to the establishment of consumer price index and macro policy.
