【摘要】：李達(dá)運(yùn)用馬克思主義的基本立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)和方法,著眼于生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的相互作用及其矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng),對(duì)建黨初期土地問(wèn)題與民生的關(guān)系作了深入探討。李達(dá)認(rèn)為,當(dāng)時(shí)土地問(wèn)題與民生息息相關(guān):特定的社會(huì)形態(tài)是土地問(wèn)題的發(fā)軔也是民生維艱的根源;土地問(wèn)題沉重拖累民生;民生維艱呼喚土地問(wèn)題的合理解決;馬克思主義地租理論是分析土地問(wèn)題民生問(wèn)題的鑰匙;土地國(guó)有化是社會(huì)發(fā)展的普遍趨勢(shì)也是改善民生的關(guān)鍵。李達(dá)指出,改善民生的根本途徑是通過(guò)革命推翻帝國(guó)主義、封建主義,實(shí)現(xiàn)人民當(dāng)家作主和土地國(guó)有。
[Abstract]:Using the basic stand, viewpoint and method of Marxism and focusing on the interaction between productive forces and relations of production and their contradictory movements, Li Da made an in-depth discussion on the relationship between the land problem and the people's livelihood in the early days of the Party's founding. Li Da believed that the land problem was closely related to the people's livelihood at that time: the specific social form was the origin of the land problem and the root of the difficult people's livelihood, the land problem was a heavy drag on the people's livelihood, and the people's livelihood problem called for the rational solution of the land problem. Marxist land rent theory is the key to the analysis of land problems and the nationalization of land is the general trend of social development and the key to improve people's livelihood. Li Da pointed out that the fundamental way to improve people's livelihood is to overthrow imperialism and feudalism through revolution and to realize the people as masters of their own country and the land state.
