【摘要】：自本世紀(jì)初加拿大多倫多大學(xué)Richard Florida教授提出創(chuàng)意資本理論以來,歐美學(xué)者從不同的視角對該理論進(jìn)行了大量的深入研究。然而,歐洲學(xué)者結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)展實(shí)際研究發(fā)現(xiàn)該理論不能有效解釋歐洲區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的問題,進(jìn)而對該理論的適用性產(chǎn)生眾多質(zhì)疑。本文在分析創(chuàng)意資本理論基本觀點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了歐洲學(xué)者對創(chuàng)意資本理論爭議與質(zhì)疑的具體表現(xiàn),剖析了歐洲學(xué)者對創(chuàng)意資本理論豐富與完善的具體內(nèi)容,揭示了歐洲學(xué)者提出的適合于歐洲的創(chuàng)意資本理論與評價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:Since Professor Richard Florida of the University of Toronto, Canada, put forward the theory of creative capital at the beginning of this century, European and American scholars have made a lot of in-depth research on the theory from different perspectives. However, European scholars have found that the theory can not effectively explain the problem of regional economic growth in Europe, which has raised a lot of questions about the applicability of the theory. On the basis of analyzing the basic viewpoints of creative capital theory, this paper summarizes the specific manifestations of European scholars' disputes and doubts about creative capital theory, and analyzes the specific contents of European scholars' enrichment and perfection of creative capital theory. It reveals the theory and evaluation system of creative capital suitable for Europe put forward by European scholars.
