【摘要】：以往的文獻(xiàn)在研究創(chuàng)新集群中的創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)時(shí),很少有將創(chuàng)新集群內(nèi)外部環(huán)境結(jié)合起來(lái)分析,也沒(méi)有重視創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)在創(chuàng)新集群創(chuàng)新行為中的作用。本文以創(chuàng)新集群創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)為中介變量,提出了創(chuàng)新集群外部環(huán)境、創(chuàng)新集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)與創(chuàng)新集群創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間的理論模型,并以我國(guó)華東、華南和華北地區(qū)6省市的部分高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)為調(diào)研對(duì)象進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,結(jié)果表明:(1)創(chuàng)新集群外部環(huán)境不確定性和資源豐裕度對(duì)創(chuàng)新集群創(chuàng)新績(jī)效產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響;(2)創(chuàng)新集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)凝聚力和網(wǎng)絡(luò)緊密度對(duì)創(chuàng)新集群創(chuàng)新績(jī)效產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響;(3)創(chuàng)新集群創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)在創(chuàng)新集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)與創(chuàng)新集群創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間起到部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:When the previous literature studies the innovation activities in the innovation cluster, it seldom analyzes the internal and external environment of the innovation cluster, and does not attach importance to the role of the entrepreneurial activity in the innovation behavior of the innovation cluster. Taking innovation cluster entrepreneurial activity as intermediary variable, this paper puts forward a theoretical model between innovation cluster external environment, innovation cluster network structure and innovation performance of innovation cluster. Some high-tech industrial parks in six provinces and cities of South China and North China were investigated. The results show that: (1) the uncertainty of external environment and the abundance of resources have a significant positive impact on innovation performance of innovation clusters; (2) the network cohesion and network tightness of innovation cluster have a significant positive impact on innovation performance of innovation cluster; (3) innovation cluster entrepreneurial activities play a part of intermediary role between network structure of innovation cluster and innovation performance of innovation cluster.
