【摘要】：本文對我國30個省份2000~2010年主要能源的二氧化碳排放量進行測算,通過K-均值聚類分析將各省域按照"排放———效率"類型分為四大類,并運用偏最小二乘建模分析了能源消費結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、人口規(guī)模、城市化率以及碳排放強度對4類區(qū)域碳排放的影響。結(jié)果表明:4類區(qū)域的二氧化碳排放存在明顯差異,人口規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和碳排放強度是4類地區(qū)碳排放共同的驅(qū)動因素;對于高排———低效地區(qū)和低排———低效地區(qū),經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平與碳排放呈倒U型關(guān)系,高排———高效地區(qū)與低排———高效地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平與碳排放之間并無顯著的倒U型關(guān)系;另外,能源消費結(jié)構(gòu)與4類地區(qū)碳排放的相關(guān)性存在明顯差異。本文對上述差異做出分析與解釋,并提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the carbon dioxide emissions from the main energy sources in 30 provinces of China from 2000 to 2010 are measured. By means of K-means clustering analysis, the provinces are divided into four categories according to the type of "emission-efficiency". The effects of energy consumption structure, economic development level, industrial structure, population size, urbanization rate and carbon emission intensity on the four types of regional carbon emissions were analyzed by using partial least squares model. The results show that there are obvious differences in carbon dioxide emissions among the four regions, and the population size, industrial structure and carbon emission intensity are the common driving factors of carbon emissions in the four types of regions. For high emission low efficiency area and low emission low efficiency area, the relationship between economic development level and carbon emission is inverted U type. There is no significant relationship between the level of economic development and carbon emissions in high and low emission efficient areas. In addition, there are significant differences between the energy consumption structure and the carbon emissions in the four regions. This paper analyzes and explains the above differences and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
