【摘要】：正2013年4月16日,對于歐洲碳排放市場來說是一個"黑色星期二"。這一天,歐洲議會以334票對315票,否決了被稱為歐洲碳排放市場"救命稻草"的折量拍賣(Backloading)措施。投票結(jié)果傳出后,歐盟的碳排放配額價格暴跌超過40%,每噸價格跌至2.63歐元的歷史低位。
[Abstract]:On April 16, 2013, it was a black Tuesday for the European carbon market. On that day, the European Parliament voted 334 to 315, vetoing what is known as the "life-saving straw" of the European carbon market, the (Backloading) measure. After the vote, European Union carbon quota prices plunged by more than 40 cents, falling to a record low of 2.63 euros a tonne.
