【摘要】：作為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之一,鄧子恢為探索我國(guó)社會(huì)主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展道路,為中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村的發(fā)展傾注了畢生的精力。他的農(nóng)業(yè)思想內(nèi)容豐富,并且在中國(guó)社會(huì)主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展史上有著非常重要的地位。其當(dāng)代價(jià)值主要有兩個(gè)方面:一是它豐富和完善了毛澤東農(nóng)業(yè)思想的理論寶庫(kù)。主要體現(xiàn)在參與毛澤東一些重要農(nóng)業(yè)思想的提出;一些見(jiàn)解成為毛澤東農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的有機(jī)內(nèi)容;補(bǔ)充、豐富和發(fā)展了毛澤東的許多觀點(diǎn),在某些方面豐富和發(fā)展了毛澤東農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)思想。二是對(duì)建設(shè)中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義農(nóng)村改革進(jìn)行了積極、有益的探索。主要體現(xiàn)在他提出了多種所有制形式的思想;提出了可以實(shí)行分散經(jīng)營(yíng)或統(tǒng)分經(jīng)營(yíng)的生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制觀點(diǎn);提出了農(nóng)工商綜合發(fā)展的初步思想。
[Abstract]:As one of the important leaders of the Communist Party of China, Deng Zihui devoted all his life to exploring the development road of socialist agriculture in China and to the development of Chinese agriculture and rural areas. His agricultural thought is rich in content and plays a very important role in the history of Chinese socialist agriculture. Its contemporary value mainly has two aspects: first, it enriches and consummates Mao Zedong's agricultural thought theory treasure house. Mainly reflected in the participation in the proposal of some important agricultural thoughts of Mao Zedong; some views have become an organic part of Mao Zedong's agricultural economic thought; and many of Mao Zedong's views have been supplemented, enriched and developed. In some respects enriched and developed Mao Zedong's agricultural economic thought. Second, the construction of socialist rural reform with Chinese characteristics has been actively, beneficial exploration. It is mainly reflected in his idea of various forms of ownership, the viewpoint of the production responsibility system which can be managed in a decentralized or unified manner, and the preliminary idea of comprehensive development of agriculture, commerce and industry.
