【摘要】：國家將制定重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)清單,引導(dǎo)和發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)。在此背景下,本文針對循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的篩選,開展了綜合評價(jià)方法的實(shí)證研究,結(jié)果顯示該技術(shù)屬于一級循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù),并在資源節(jié)約與廢棄物減排方面具有顯著效益,表明本文構(gòu)建的綜合評價(jià)方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了對備選循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的綜合評價(jià)、分級和排序,可以為企業(yè)、國家選擇循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The state will draw up technical lists of circular economy in key areas to guide and develop circular economy. Under this background, this paper carries out an empirical study on the comprehensive evaluation method for the selection of circular economy technology. The results show that the technology belongs to the first class circular economy technology and has remarkable benefits in resource saving and waste emission reduction. It shows that the comprehensive evaluation method constructed in this paper realizes the comprehensive evaluation, classification and ranking of alternative circular economy technology, which can provide a reference for enterprises and countries to choose circular economy technology.
