【摘要】：運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論及agent方法,從集群內(nèi)部企業(yè)的行為入手,分析集群內(nèi)企業(yè)對產(chǎn)業(yè)政策響應(yīng),建立產(chǎn)業(yè)集群—政府作用模型,研究政府制定政策對于促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)的作用。在Simphony repast環(huán)境下,通過實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)對產(chǎn)業(yè)政策對于促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)的效果進(jìn)行仿真,從而驗(yàn)證產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的有效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of industrial cluster and the method of agent, this paper analyzes the response of enterprises in cluster to industrial policy, establishes the model of industrial cluster-government function, and studies the role of government policy in promoting the upgrading of industrial cluster by means of the theory of industrial cluster and the method of agent. Under the environment of Simphony repast, the effect of industrial policy on promoting industrial cluster upgrading is simulated by empirical data to verify the effectiveness of industrial policy.
