【摘要】：在演化理論的基礎(chǔ)上引入?yún)f(xié)同演化概念,梳理協(xié)同演化理論的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),在協(xié)同演化框架下分析技術(shù)與制度的關(guān)系,認(rèn)為二者既不是單向決定關(guān)系,也不是簡單的相互決定關(guān)系,而是一種協(xié)同演化。以工業(yè)革命中的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與制度變革為案例,討論了產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中技術(shù)和制度的協(xié)同演化過程與機(jī)制,認(rèn)為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展在一定程度上是技術(shù)和制度協(xié)同演化的結(jié)果,最后給出若干政策啟示。
[Abstract]:On the basis of evolution theory, this paper introduces the concept of co-evolution, combs the development of co-evolution theory, analyzes the relationship between technology and institution under the framework of co-evolution, and concludes that the two are not one-way determinant relations. Nor is it simply a mutual relationship, but a co-evolution. Taking the technological innovation and institutional change in the industrial revolution as an example, this paper discusses the process and mechanism of the co-evolution of technology and institution in the process of industrial development, and holds that the economic development is the result of the co-evolution of technology and institution to a certain extent. Finally, some policy implications are given.
