【摘要】：基于SBM和M指數(shù)分別從DEA單元有效性、投入要素冗余量、M指數(shù)效率評價等3個方面對我國各地區(qū)2000~2010年農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施供給效率進行實證分析。結(jié)果表明,全國各地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施供給效率均有較大提高;農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施供給效率較低,投入要素冗余百分比較高,而東部經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施供給效率高,投入要素沒有冗余或冗余少;各地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施供給呈現(xiàn)好的發(fā)展勢頭,但技術(shù)效率發(fā)展不穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Based on SBM and M index, the efficiency of agricultural infrastructure supply in China from 2000 to 2010 is analyzed empirically from three aspects: the efficiency of DEA unit, the efficiency of input factor redundancy and the efficiency of M index. The results show that the efficiency of agricultural infrastructure supply has been greatly improved in all regions of the country, and the agricultural infrastructure supply efficiency is low and the percentage of redundant input elements is higher in the areas with lagging agricultural development. The supply efficiency of agricultural infrastructure in the eastern developed regions is high and the input elements are not redundant or redundant. The supply of agricultural infrastructure in each region shows a good development momentum but the technical efficiency development is not stable.
