【摘要】：在開放創(chuàng)新背景下,產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)對(duì)促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)升級(jí)和結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整具有重要意義,但其作用在很大程度上取決于平臺(tái)的治理模式。根據(jù)治理主體是否屬于創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)成員,產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)的治理模式可以歸納為內(nèi)部治理模式和外部治理模式,結(jié)合兩種治理模式的特征及典型應(yīng)用案例,發(fā)現(xiàn)決定采用何種治理模式應(yīng)考慮的因素包括產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)的成員數(shù)量及結(jié)構(gòu)、平臺(tái)目標(biāo)、成員之間的信任程度及成員之間在產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度。
[Abstract]:Under the background of open innovation, the industrial innovation platform plays an important role in promoting the upgrading of industrial technology and structural adjustment, but to a large extent, it depends on the governance mode of the platform. According to whether the governance subject is a member of the innovation platform, the governance model of the industrial innovation platform can be summed up into the internal governance model and the external governance model, combined with the characteristics of the two governance models and typical application cases. It is found that the factors that should be taken into account include the number and structure of the members of the industrial innovation platform, the target of the platform, the degree of trust among the members and the degree of competition among the members in the product market.
