【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,貧富差距不斷加大的現(xiàn)狀已經(jīng)成為社會關注的焦點。國有企業(yè)由于其員工相對較高的工資與福利待遇,更被認為是拉大貧富差距、造成社會不公的主要原因。這些爭議主要集中在國有企業(yè)運行缺乏效率且利用壟斷力量獲取超額收入,有違社會公平。那么與私有制相比,公有制的分配制度是不公平的嗎?事實上,很多對公有制分配制度的歪曲認識是建立在對分配制度錯誤的認識上的。分配本質(zhì)上是利用生產(chǎn)資料的所有權對剩余索取權的爭奪,公有制的分配制度具備整體性和模糊性特征,完善的公有制分配制度并不影響效率且遠比私有制公平。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy, the increasing gap between rich and poor has become the focus of attention. Because of the relatively high wages and welfare of their employees, the state-owned enterprises are considered to be the main causes of the widening gap between the rich and the poor and the social injustice. These disputes mainly focus on the inefficient operation of state-owned enterprises and the use of monopoly power to obtain excess income, which is contrary to social fairness. Is the distribution system of public ownership unfair compared with private ownership? As a matter of fact, many misunderstandings of the public ownership distribution system are based on the wrong understanding of the distribution system. The essence of distribution is to use the ownership of the means of production to compete for the residual claim. The distribution system of the public ownership has the characteristics of integrity and fuzziness. The perfect public ownership distribution system does not affect the efficiency and is far more fair than the private ownership.
