【摘要】：生態(tài)資產(chǎn)的價(jià)值不是一成不變的,在一個(gè)穩(wěn)定的時(shí)間段里,生態(tài)資產(chǎn)價(jià)值隨著時(shí)間和空間而變化,同時(shí),在不同的區(qū)域,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)所體現(xiàn)的價(jià)值也因經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)較大的差異。因此對于給定的研究區(qū)域,實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)資產(chǎn)的動態(tài)監(jiān)測需要考慮生態(tài)系統(tǒng)自身的變化和貨幣價(jià)值變化兩方面的因素。 本文采用十五規(guī)劃起止年份的數(shù)據(jù),一方面借鑒前人研究成果基于植被第一凈初級生產(chǎn)力量度生態(tài)系統(tǒng)自身變化,另一方面本文提出基于人均GDP進(jìn)行貨幣價(jià)值計(jì)算的修訂,得出福建省兩年的生態(tài)資產(chǎn),并進(jìn)行了生態(tài)資產(chǎn)總量及單位面積價(jià)值的時(shí)空變化分析,又基于行政區(qū)劃和土地覆蓋類型進(jìn)行生態(tài)資產(chǎn)時(shí)空分布規(guī)律研究。研究的結(jié)果表明,福建省生態(tài)系統(tǒng)總體狀況良好,單位面積生態(tài)資產(chǎn)均在1100萬元以上,2001年福建省生態(tài)資產(chǎn)總值為1.27×1012元,2005年生態(tài)資產(chǎn)的總值為1.86×10u元,從空間分布來看,福建省生態(tài)資產(chǎn)在東西方向上呈現(xiàn)出從東南沿海向西北內(nèi)陸遞減的趨勢；在南北方向上生態(tài)資產(chǎn)的高值部分大體上分布于北緯24°30'0"與北緯25°50'0"之間,且整體上呈現(xiàn)出以此區(qū)域?yàn)閷ΨQ軸向南北遞減的趨勢。 本研究一方面在驗(yàn)證一種方法可行的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了價(jià)值體系的修訂,另一方面從總體上把握福建省的生態(tài)資產(chǎn)分布狀況,為福建省生態(tài)資產(chǎn)的和諧、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:The value of ecological assets is not fixed. Over a stable period of time, the value of ecological assets changes with time and space, and at the same time, in different regions, The value of ecosystem services is different from that of economic development. Therefore, for a given research area, the dynamic monitoring of ecosystem assets needs to take into account the changes of ecosystem itself and the change of monetary value. This paper uses the data from the beginning and ending years of the Tenth Five-Year Plan. On the one hand, it uses the previous research results for reference on the basis of the changes in the ecosystem of the first net primary production strength of vegetation. On the other hand, this paper proposes a revision of the monetary value calculation based on the per capita GDP. The ecological assets of Fujian Province were obtained for two years, and the temporal and spatial changes of the total amount of ecological assets and the value of unit area were analyzed, and the temporal and spatial distribution of ecological assets was studied based on administrative divisions and land cover types. The results show that the ecosystem of Fujian Province is in good condition, the ecological assets per unit area are all above 11 million yuan, the total value of ecological assets of Fujian Province in 2001 is 1.27 脳 1012 yuan, and the total value of ecological assets in 2005 is 1.86 脳 10 u yuan. The ecological assets of Fujian Province show a decreasing trend from the southeast coast to the northwest inland in the east-west direction, and the high values of the ecological assets in the north-south direction are roughly distributed between 24 擄30 "N" and 25 擄50 "N". And the overall trend of this region as the axis of symmetry to the north-south decline. On the one hand, on the basis of verifying the feasibility of a method, this study revised the value system, on the other hand, grasped the distribution of ecological assets in Fujian Province in general, and provided technical support for the harmony and sustainable development of ecological assets in Fujian Province.
