【摘要】：馬克思的信用思想是整個(gè)馬克思主義理論體系特別是其經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容。但是,由于我國(guó)歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)的特殊國(guó)情,致使馬克思的這一重要思想多年來(lái)并未受到應(yīng)有的重視,始終是理論界研究的一個(gè)薄弱領(lǐng)域。筆者以馬克思的信用思想為研究對(duì)象,不僅是想為彌補(bǔ)這一缺欠盡自己的微薄之力,更是為了適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展的迫切需要。 本文分三個(gè)部分:第一部分,馬克思信用思想的產(chǎn)生與演變。第二部分,馬克思信用思想的主要內(nèi)容。第三部分,馬克思信用思想的啟示。文章將闡釋在商品經(jīng)濟(jì)和商品貨幣關(guān)系以及高利貸等出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生的馬克思的信用思想,從19世紀(jì)40年代初到50年代末的發(fā)展成熟過(guò)程;馬克思對(duì)信用的經(jīng)典界定:信用“這個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)——以?xún)斶�為條件的付出—一般地說(shuō)就是貸和借的運(yùn)動(dòng)”;商業(yè)信用、銀行信用等信用形式;信用的雙重作用等內(nèi)容。并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情得出對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)信用、銀行信用、信用制度建設(shè)等方面建設(shè)和發(fā)展的啟示,給出諸如建立征信體系、加強(qiáng)信用法律建設(shè)等建議。 雖然馬克思的信用思想產(chǎn)生于150多年前,而現(xiàn)今的社會(huì)背景、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平以及信用的發(fā)展水平等均與當(dāng)時(shí)的情況發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,但是,馬克思對(duì)信用“借和貸的運(yùn)動(dòng)”的經(jīng)典界定、對(duì)信用作用的雙重性分析等內(nèi)容仍具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐價(jià)值,馬克思的信用思想對(duì)當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)生活仍不乏巨大的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Marx's credit thought is an important content of the whole Marxist theory system, especially its economic theory. However, due to the special national conditions in the history and reality of our country, Marx's important thought has not received due attention for many years, and it has always been a weak field of theoretical research. Taking Marx's credit thought as the research object, the author not only wants to make up for this deficiency, but also to meet the urgent need of healthy and sustainable development of socialist market economy. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part, the emergence and evolution of Marx's credit thought. The second part, the main content of Marx's credit thought. The third part, the inspiration of Marx's credit thought. This article will explain the development process of Marx's credit thought, which is based on the emergence and development of commodity economy, commodity currency relations and usury, from the beginning of the 1840s to the end of the 1950s. Marx's classical definition of credit: credit "this movement is paid with the condition of repayment" is generally the movement of loan and borrowing "; commercial credit, bank credit and other forms of credit; the dual role of credit, and so on. On the basis of this, the author draws the enlightenment to the construction and development of commercial credit, bank credit, credit system and so on, and gives some suggestions such as establishing credit information system and strengthening the construction of credit law. Although Marx's credit thought came into being more than 150 years ago, the social background, the level of economic development and the level of credit development all changed dramatically with the situation at that time. Marx's classical definition of "the movement of borrowing and lending" and the analysis of the duality of credit still have important theoretical and practical value. Marx's credit thought still has great guiding significance for contemporary economic and social life.
