【摘要】：國際技術(shù)擴散測度的結(jié)果,直接影響著對經(jīng)濟研究中一些最根本最重要問題的回答。如何對國際技術(shù)擴散進行準確度量,是到目前為止理論界尚未解決的難題。本文系統(tǒng)梳理了國外學者在國際技術(shù)擴散測度領(lǐng)域的理論和實證成果,發(fā)現(xiàn)由于技術(shù)擴散的無形性,測度只能使用相關(guān)回歸等間接方法,因此在選擇測度方法時,必須明確模型的經(jīng)濟意義和理論基礎(chǔ)。在實證方面,分析了投入、產(chǎn)出和技術(shù)效應(yīng)三類常用的國際技術(shù)擴散測度指標各自的優(yōu)缺點,國際貿(mào)易、FDI及技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓三種擴散渠道下國際技術(shù)擴散測度的方法和結(jié)論。最后,指出了這一研究領(lǐng)域中尚需深入研究的問題。
[Abstract]:The results of international technology diffusion measures directly affect the answers to some most fundamental and important questions in economic research. How to measure the international technology diffusion accurately is a difficult problem that has not been solved by the theorists up to now. This paper systematically reviews the theoretical and empirical achievements of foreign scholars in the field of international technology diffusion measurement. It is found that because of the invisibility of technology diffusion, the measure can only use indirect methods such as correlation regression, so when choosing measurement methods, The economic significance and theoretical basis of the model must be clarified. In the empirical aspect, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three commonly used international technology diffusion measure indicators, namely, input, output and technology effect, and the methods and conclusions of international technology diffusion measurement under the three diffusion channels of international trade FDI and technology transfer. Finally, the paper points out the problems that need to be further studied in this research field.
