【摘要】：新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)認(rèn)為,市場是一種制度,是作為社會所采取的用于解決稀缺資源使用沖突的一種方式而產(chǎn)生的,市場之所以能成為一種普遍的社會存在是因?yàn)槠淠軌虮葢?zhàn)爭等其他方式更有助于促進(jìn)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效率。界定明晰而穩(wěn)定的個人產(chǎn)權(quán)是使市場有效運(yùn)行的前提條件,市場不是一種以普遍和諧為基礎(chǔ)的制度。新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)這種市場觀與西方主流經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的觀點(diǎn)有著深刻的差異。它揭示并彌補(bǔ)了后者的許多不足或局限性,有助于人們對市場形成更為完整深入科學(xué)的認(rèn)識。
[Abstract]:According to the new institutional economics, the market is a kind of institution, which is produced as a way for society to solve the conflict between the use of scarce resources. Markets have become a universal social presence because they can contribute more to socio-economic efficiency than other means such as war. Defining a clear and stable personal property right is a prerequisite for the effective operation of the market, and the market is not a system based on universal harmony. The market view of new institutional economics is different from that of western mainstream economics. It reveals and makes up for many shortcomings or limitations of the latter and helps people to form a more complete and scientific understanding of the market.
