【摘要】： 隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的繁榮和發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域中的各種各樣的非正義現(xiàn)象逐漸進入了人們的視線,經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域中的正義問題成為當(dāng)代社會正義問題的焦點。而公平正義是衡量一個國家或社會文明發(fā)展的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也是我國構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的重要特征之一。在當(dāng)今中國,維護和實現(xiàn)社會公平正義的根本途徑,仍然是以經(jīng)濟建設(shè)為中心,大力發(fā)展社會經(jīng)濟。這就需要重視經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域的正義問題,使得經(jīng)濟關(guān)系能夠和諧有序的發(fā)展,為最終實現(xiàn)社會主義的公平正義奠定物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。 鄧小平作為中國改革開放和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的總設(shè)計師,畢生關(guān)注中國的經(jīng)濟建設(shè),為中國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出了不可磨滅的貢獻。在他的經(jīng)濟思想中閃耀著正義的光芒,重新審視和研究鄧小平經(jīng)濟正義思想對于我們構(gòu)建和諧社會,落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀以及解決經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的一些不正義現(xiàn)象都具有指導(dǎo)意義。 鑒于此,本文試圖對鄧小平經(jīng)濟正義思想做一個系統(tǒng)的研究,使我們對鄧小平經(jīng)濟正義思想有一個全面的了解。本文從鄧小平經(jīng)濟正義思想理論來源和現(xiàn)實背景入手,探討了其思想的內(nèi)容及特點,主要從經(jīng)濟主體的正義觀念,經(jīng)濟主體的經(jīng)濟活動正義以及經(jīng)濟制度正義三個方面來勾畫。爾后,著力探討了鄧小平通過調(diào)整所有制結(jié)構(gòu)、改革分配方式、優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟運行機制、健全社會保障機制、健全民主法律制度等舉措來實現(xiàn)其經(jīng)濟正義的過程,最后闡釋其經(jīng)濟正義思想的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity and development of our country's socialist market economy, all kinds of unjust phenomena in the economic field have gradually entered the sight of people, and the problem of justice in the economic field has become the focus of the contemporary social justice problem. Fairness and justice is the standard to measure the development of civilization in a country or society, and also one of the important characteristics of constructing a harmonious socialist society in our country. In today's China, the fundamental way to maintain and realize social equity and justice is to develop social economy with economic construction as the center. It is necessary to pay attention to the problem of justice in the economic field so that the economic relations can develop harmoniously and orderly and lay a material foundation for the ultimate realization of socialist fairness and justice. As the chief designer of China's reform and opening up and modernization, Deng Xiaoping has paid close attention to China's economic construction all his life and made indelible contributions to China's economic development. In his economic thought sparkles with the light of justice, re-examine and study Deng Xiaoping's thought of economic justice for us to build a harmonious society, It is of guiding significance to implement the concept of scientific development and to solve some unfair phenomena in the process of economic development. In view of this, this paper attempts to do a systematic study on the economic justice thought of Deng Xiaoping, so that we can have a comprehensive understanding of the economic justice thought of Deng Xiaoping. Starting with the theoretical source and realistic background of Deng Xiaoping's economic justice, this paper discusses the content and characteristics of its thought, mainly from three aspects: the justice concept of economic subject, the justice of economic activity and the justice of economic system. Later, the paper explores the process of Deng Xiaoping to realize its economic justice by adjusting the ownership structure, reforming the distribution mode, optimizing the economic operation mechanism, perfecting the social security mechanism, and perfecting the democratic legal system, etc. Finally, it explains the theoretical value and practical significance of its economic justice thought.
