【摘要】：以可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)觀為理論基礎,探討了可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)分析的指標體系和理論、模型及GIS方法,并以河南省和中原城市群為案例區(qū)域進行實證研究。 首先綜述了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基本理論問題;然后,以一個全新的視角,從史學角度評述了可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想、理論的淵源及發(fā)展脈絡;在此基礎上,提出可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)觀理論;以此為理論基點,構建可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)分析的指標體系;建立可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)分析模型;最后,結合案例區(qū)域進行分析研究。全文共分六個部分。 第一章,“可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論探討”。首先從實踐基礎和理論淵源兩個方面分析了可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論產(chǎn)生的原因。可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論的產(chǎn)生,是人類發(fā)展歷程中,人類對于人與自然關系(也稱人地關系)認知的一次重大飛躍,與人類生存環(huán)境的惡化密切相關。也可以說,環(huán)境問題的全球化是導致可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論產(chǎn)生的實踐基礎;雖然可持續(xù)發(fā)展的思想古已有之,但作為一種現(xiàn)代發(fā)展理論,它的直接理論來源應是羅馬俱樂部的思想和觀點以及同期反對派的爭議和論戰(zhàn):環(huán)境問題和羅馬俱樂部的思想只是可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論產(chǎn)生的外部因素,它的產(chǎn)生還有其內在必然性,即現(xiàn)代工業(yè)文明本身所隱含的導致人類文明發(fā)展不可持續(xù)的因素,這是可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論產(chǎn)生的內部動因。其次,從文獻分析入手(限于國外文獻檢索的困難和占有資料的不全,本文僅對國內文獻進行分析),探討了主要學科領域對可持續(xù)發(fā)展概念、理論、主要問題和研究方向。最后,從正反兩方面分析了可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論存在的局限性。 第二章,“可持續(xù)發(fā)展史述評”。首先從可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想產(chǎn)生的背景、發(fā)展和演變等方面對可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想進行全方位的思考,認為可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想的產(chǎn)生經(jīng)歷了原始時代人和自然的統(tǒng)一,農業(yè)文明時代樸素的可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想,工業(yè)文明時代發(fā)展的困惑和可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想的萌芽和生態(tài)文明時代可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想的形成等幾個階段。其次,從可持續(xù)發(fā)展面臨的困惑的原因分析入手,探討了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論研究和實踐現(xiàn)狀。 第三章“可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)觀”。首先從資源、人口、環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟、發(fā)展和價值觀等方面分析了可持續(xù)發(fā)展時代的要素觀。然后,從可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的背景、發(fā)展軌跡入手,提出可持續(xù)發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)觀�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展是一個包含人口、資源、環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟和社會等要素的動態(tài)復雜系統(tǒng),對它的認識經(jīng)歷了可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念→可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論→可持續(xù)發(fā)展實踐的轉變,經(jīng)過近30年的發(fā)展,可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論實現(xiàn)了從可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想→可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀→可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)觀的理論跨越。從要素、空間和階段三個維度推演系統(tǒng)觀,提出可持續(xù)發(fā)展系
[Abstract]:Based on the system view of sustainable development, this paper discusses the index system and theory, model and GIS method of system analysis of sustainable development, and takes the urban agglomeration of Henan Province and Central Plains as a case study. This paper first summarizes the basic theoretical problems of sustainable development, then, from a new perspective, from the perspective of history, comments on the thought of sustainable development, its origin and development context, and puts forward the theory of system view of sustainable development on this basis. Based on this theory, this paper constructs the index system of sustainable development system analysis; establishes the sustainable development system analysis model; finally, carries on the analysis research combining the case area. The full text is divided into six parts. The first chapter, the theory of sustainable development. Firstly, this paper analyzes the causes of the theory of sustainable development from two aspects: the practical basis and the theoretical origin. The emergence of the theory of sustainable development is a major leap in human cognition of the relationship between man and nature (also known as the relationship between man and nature) in the course of human development, which is closely related to the deterioration of human living environment. It can also be said that the globalization of environmental issues is the practical basis for the emergence of the theory of sustainable development. Although the idea of sustainable development has existed in ancient times, it is a modern theory of development. Its direct theoretical source should be the ideas and views of the Rome Club and the controversy and controversy of the opposition during the same period: environmental issues and the ideas of the Club of Rome are only external factors resulting from the theory of sustainable development. It also has its inherent inevitability, that is, the factor that leads to the unsustainable development of human civilization implied by modern industrial civilization itself, which is the internal cause of the theory of sustainable development. Secondly, starting from the literature analysis (limited to the difficulty of foreign literature retrieval and incomplete possession of data, this paper only analyzes the domestic literature, discusses the concept, theory, main problems and research direction of sustainable development in the main subject areas. Finally, the limitations of sustainable development theory are analyzed from both positive and negative aspects. Chapter two, Review of Sustainable Development. First of all, from the perspective of the background, development and evolution of the thought of sustainable development, the author thinks that the thought of sustainable development has experienced the unity of man and nature in the primitive times. There are several stages such as the simple thought of sustainable development in the age of agricultural civilization, the confusion of the development of the age of industrial civilization, the germination of the thought of sustainable development and the formation of the thought of sustainable development in the age of ecological civilization. Secondly, the theoretical and practical status of sustainable development is discussed from the analysis of the causes of the confusion faced by sustainable development. The third chapter is the system view of sustainable development. Firstly, this paper analyzes the essential factors of the sustainable development era from the aspects of resources, population, environment, economy, development and values. Then, the system view of sustainable development is put forward from the background and development track of sustainable development system. Sustainable development is a dynamic and complex system including population, resources, environment, economy and society, and its understanding has experienced the transformation of the theory of sustainable development and the practice of sustainable development. After nearly 30 years of development, the theory of sustainable development has achieved a theoretical leap from the concept of sustainable development to the concept of system of sustainable development. The system view is deduced from the three dimensions of elements, space and stage, and the system of sustainable development is put forward.
