【摘要】：正美刊《科學(xué)與社會》2010年7月號刊登了美國學(xué)者埃爾多干.巴基爾和艾爾·坎貝爾題為《新自由主義、利潤率和積累率》的文章。該文認為,世界資本主義近30年來的資本利潤率與積累率之間的落差不斷擴大,這是新自由主義時期較先前經(jīng)濟階段一個明顯的結(jié)構(gòu)性變化。新自由主義條件下利潤以利息形式從非金融部門向金融部門的大規(guī)模轉(zhuǎn)移,這表現(xiàn)在美國的實際利率、企業(yè)負債、流向金融部門的凈利息支出、非金融部門剩余的可分配收益、紅利支出以及金融部門的規(guī)模擴大這六個方面的
[Abstract]:The July 2010 issue of the American journal Science and Society published American scholar Eldogan. Bakiel and Al Campbell, titled neoliberalism, profit margin and accumulation rate. This paper holds that the gap between capital profit margin and accumulation rate of world capitalism has been widening in the past 30 years, which is an obvious structural change in the neoliberal period compared with the previous economic stage. The massive transfer of profits from the non-financial to the financial sector in the form of interest under neoliberal conditions, as manifested in the real interest rates of the United States, corporate liabilities, net interest payments to the financial sector, and the remaining distributable income from the non-financial sector.
