【摘要】：建立在全要素價(jià)值論基礎(chǔ)上的現(xiàn)行國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系暴露出諸如加速著全社會(huì)的貨幣化、推動(dòng)著社會(huì)道德體系的解體、造成GDP與國(guó)民福利的背離等嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題,影響著科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的貫徹落實(shí)。新型國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系應(yīng)建立在馬克思主義的政治理論、經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、生態(tài)理論以及社會(huì)理論基礎(chǔ)之上,以確保其科學(xué)性和人本性?xún)r(jià)值目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The current national economic accounting system, which is based on the theory of all-factor value, exposes serious problems such as accelerating the monetization of the whole society, promoting the disintegration of the social moral system, causing the deviation between GDP and the national welfare, and so on. It affects the implementation of the scientific concept of development. The new national economic accounting system should be established on the basis of Marxist political theory, economic theory, ecological theory and social theory in order to ensure its scientific nature and human value goal.
