【摘要】：正20世紀(jì)中葉以來(lái),現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,引起勞動(dòng)方式的新的變革,使人在生產(chǎn)體系中的地位、人的勞動(dòng)性質(zhì)和內(nèi)容發(fā)生了深刻變化。正如馬克思早在19世紀(jì)中葉所預(yù)見(jiàn)的:由于自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的實(shí)現(xiàn),"勞動(dòng)表現(xiàn)為不再像以前那樣被包括在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,相反地,表現(xiàn)為人以生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的監(jiān)督者和調(diào)節(jié)者的身份同生產(chǎn)過(guò)程本身發(fā)生關(guān)系"。(《馬克思恩格斯全集》第46卷下冊(cè),第218頁(yè))這說(shuō)明,科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的實(shí)現(xiàn),必然使機(jī)器代替人的部分勞動(dòng);并且越先進(jìn)的機(jī)器越能代替人的勞動(dòng)的更大部分,從而把人置于直接生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的旁邊,以生產(chǎn)的監(jiān)督者和調(diào)節(jié)者的身份出現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Since the middle of the 20th century, the rapid development of modern science and technology has brought about a new change in the way of labor, which has made a profound change in the position of human beings in the production system and in the nature and content of human labor. As Marx foresaw as early as the middle of the 19th century, as a result of the realization of automated production, "labor is no longer included in the production process as it used to be, on the contrary," The relationship between human beings as supervisors and regulators of the production process and the production process itself ". (complete series of Marx and Engels, vol. 46, p. 218) shows that the development of science and technology and the realization of automated production, Machines must replace part of human labor, and the more advanced machines can replace a greater part of human labor, thus placing people next to the direct production process, as supervisors and regulators of production.
