【摘要】：經(jīng)濟制度是由利益主體間的制度博弈均衡所決定的,而決定均衡結果的制度博弈報酬結構又直接取決于生產(chǎn)力狀況與政治權力結構,其中生產(chǎn)力狀況更為根本,因為它能夠改變利益群體間暴力潛能結構進而影響政治權力結構。外部因素可作用于上述決定制度博弈均衡的各環(huán)節(jié),并最終導致制度博弈均衡的改變及相應的制度變遷。在局部社會大系統(tǒng)中制度與生產(chǎn)力之間是同一層次的相互作用關系,當兩者由相互促進變成相互制約時,打破僵局就有賴于外部因素的作用。大的基本經(jīng)濟制度變遷往往需要利益群體大規(guī)模集體行動來推動,意識形態(tài)是克服其中搭便車問題的主要機制。本文的研究結果對于如何堅持與完善中國特色社會主義制度具有啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:The economic system is determined by the institutional game equilibrium among the stakeholders, and the reward structure of the institutional game that determines the equilibrium result is directly dependent on the productive forces and the political power structure, among which the productive forces are more fundamental. Because it can change the potential structure of violence between interest groups and then influence the structure of political power. The external factors can play an important role in determining the institutional game equilibrium, and finally lead to the change of the institutional game equilibrium and the corresponding institutional changes. The interaction between institution and productive forces is at the same level in the local social system. When the two systems change from mutual promotion to mutual restriction, breaking the deadlock depends on the role of external factors. Large basic economic institutional changes often require mass collective action of interest groups, and ideology is the main mechanism to overcome the problem of hitchhiking. The research results of this paper have enlightening significance for how to adhere to and perfect the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
