試析低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的能源技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)

【摘要】:面對(duì)全球氣候變曖的現(xiàn)狀,英國(guó)首相布萊爾于2003年首先提出了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念。作為一種新型的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)調(diào)以較少的能源消耗而獲得較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)效益。低碳能源技術(shù)是發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),對(duì)發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)起著至關(guān)重要的作用。 本文第一部分主要闡述了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)實(shí)踐情況,并對(duì)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了分析,給文章奠定了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。說(shuō)明發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的必要性和緊迫性,為后文進(jìn)行了鋪墊。 第二部分主要介紹了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)與能源技術(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu)和關(guān)系,詳細(xì)分析了能源技術(shù)的分類,低碳能源技術(shù)與新能源技術(shù)和節(jié)能新技術(shù)的關(guān)系,并論述了能源技術(shù)在技術(shù)活動(dòng)中的地位和作用。 第三部分論述了發(fā)展低碳能源技術(shù)的主要途徑。主要途徑為:在加強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ)上加強(qiáng)對(duì)外交流,引進(jìn)國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù);建立以企業(yè)為主的低碳能源技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系;改變消費(fèi)習(xí)慣,實(shí)行低碳消費(fèi)。
[Abstract]:In the face of global climate change, British Prime Minister Tony Blair first put forward the concept of low-carbon economy in 2003. As a new type of economic development mode, low-carbon economy emphasizes to obtain greater economic and ecological benefits with less energy consumption. Low-carbon energy technology is the key technology foundation for the development of low-carbon economy, and plays a vital role in the development of low-carbon economy. The first part of this paper mainly expounds the theory of low-carbon economy and the related practice situation at home and abroad, and analyzes the connotation of low-carbon economy, which lays a certain theoretical foundation for the article. Explain the necessity and urgency of developing low-carbon economy, and pave the way for the following. The second part mainly introduces the structure and relationship between low-carbon economy and energy technology, analyzes in detail the classification of energy technology, the relationship between low-carbon energy technology and new energy technology and energy-saving new technology. The position and function of energy technology in technical activities are also discussed. The third part discusses the main ways to develop low-carbon energy technology. The main approaches are as follows: strengthening foreign exchanges and introducing advanced foreign technologies on the basis of strengthening independent innovation; establishing a low carbon energy technology innovation system based on enterprises; changing consumption habits and implementing low carbon consumption.
