文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內組織間知識共享與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚研究

【摘要】: 當今世界文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的一個普遍趨勢是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間集聚。在世界范圍內,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間集聚乃至文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的設立,被廣泛地納入了產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略理念之中。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是一個跨學科的研究課題,涉及經(jīng)濟學、地理學和統(tǒng)計學等學科,但是這些方面的研究成果目前還不多見。本文研究從管理學角度出發(fā),探討了有關文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內組織間知識共享和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚之間的關系。 本研究以文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內組織間知識共享和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚作為研究的主線,強調組織間知識共享在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚過程中所扮演的重要角色。研究從組織間知識共享出發(fā),探討網(wǎng)絡外部性在組織間知識共享和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚之間所起作用的關系,即集群內組織間知識共享通過網(wǎng)絡外部性來影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚。研究的主要目的是:(1)探討文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內組織間知識共享對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響;(2)探討文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內組織間知識共享通過網(wǎng)絡外部性的中介作用對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響。 本研究選取陜西省部分文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內的企業(yè)作為研究對象,通過問卷調查,采用因子分析和典型相關分析的方法對知識共享、網(wǎng)絡外部性和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的關系進行了研究,對研究構思和研究假設進行了相關的檢驗分析,得到了一些有意義的結論。通過對數(shù)據(jù)進行因子分析,知識共享變量歸為知識搜索和知識轉移兩個因子;網(wǎng)絡外部性變量歸為網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模和網(wǎng)絡強度兩個因子;產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚歸為垂直合作、水平競爭、水平合作、共享資源和地理聚集五個因子。之后進而對數(shù)據(jù)進行典型相關分析,結果為:組織間知識共享與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚典型變量的相關系數(shù)為0.533;網(wǎng)絡外部性與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的第一對典型變量的相關系數(shù)為0.581、第二對典型變量的相關系數(shù)為0.519、第三對典型變量的相關系數(shù)為0.473;知識共享與網(wǎng)絡外部性的第一對典型變量相關系數(shù)為0.535、第二對典型變量的相關系數(shù)為0.396。最終得到文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內組織間知識共享對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚存在一定程度的正相關,知識共享的表征變量知識轉移對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚有促進作用,而知識共享的表征變量知識搜索對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響不顯著;網(wǎng)絡外部性與產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚之間有較大程度的正相關,網(wǎng)絡外部性的表征變量網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模和網(wǎng)絡強度對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚有促進作用;組織間知識共享通過網(wǎng)絡外部性的中介作用對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的增強存在較大程度的正相關,知識搜索通過網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模的中介作用促進產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚,知識搜索也通過網(wǎng)絡強度的中介作用促進產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚,知識轉移通過網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模的中介作用促進產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚,知識轉移也通過網(wǎng)絡強度的中介作用促進產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚。 最后,本研究通過華僑城成功案例來說明文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內組織間知識共享對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚有積極的影響。知識共享無疑是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內知識的最佳管理模式之一。制定明確的知識共享戰(zhàn)略和知識共享愿景,幫助集群內組織所有員工認識到知識共享的重要價值,全面推動知識共享的運行,建立學習型文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,是我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展的一種必然選擇。
[Abstract]:The development of cultural industry in today ' s world is a general trend of cultural industry . In the world , the spatial agglomeration of cultural industry and the establishment of cultural industry park are widely incorporated into the strategic idea of industrial development . The cultural industry cluster is an interdisciplinary research subject , which involves economics , geography and statistics .


This paper focuses on knowledge sharing and industrial agglomeration in the cultural industry cluster as the main line of research , emphasizes the important role played by the knowledge sharing among the organizations in the process of industrial agglomeration of cultural industry clusters .
( 2 ) To explore the influence of inter - organizational knowledge sharing in cultural industry on industrial agglomeration through the intermediary role of network Externalities .


This study selects enterprises in some cultural industry clusters in Shaanxi Province as the research objects . Through questionnaires , the relationship between knowledge sharing , network external sex and industrial agglomeration is studied by means of factor analysis and canonical correlation analysis . Some meaningful conclusions are obtained . Through factor analysis of data , knowledge sharing variables are classified as two factors of knowledge search and knowledge transfer ;
Network external variables are classified into two factors : network size and network strength ;
The industrial agglomeration is classified into five factors : vertical cooperation , horizontal competition , horizontal cooperation , shared resource and geography aggregation .
The correlation coefficient is 0.581 , the correlation coefficient of the second to the typical variable is 0.519 , and the correlation coefficient of the third to the typical variable is 0.473 ;
The correlation coefficient of knowledge sharing and network exterior is 0.535 , and the correlation coefficient of the second to the typical variable is 0.396 . Finally , the correlation coefficient between the knowledge sharing and the knowledge sharing in the cultural industry cluster is positively correlated .
There is a large degree of positive correlation between network external and industrial agglomeration , and the characteristic variable network scale and the network strength of network Externalities can promote the agglomeration of industry ;
Inter - organization knowledge sharing is related to the enhancement of industrial agglomeration through the intermediary of network external sex . Knowledge search promotes industrial agglomeration through the intermediary of network scale . Knowledge search also promotes industrial agglomeration through the intermediary of network strength . Knowledge transfer promotes industrial agglomeration through the intermediary of network scale . Knowledge transfer promotes industrial agglomeration through the intermediary of network strength .


Finally , this study shows that knowledge sharing has positive impact on industrial agglomeration through successful cases of overseas Chinese cities . Knowledge sharing is undoubtedly one of the best management modes of knowledge in the cultural industry cluster . The clear knowledge sharing strategy and knowledge sharing vision are formulated to help all employees in the cluster to realize the important value of knowledge sharing , promote the operation of knowledge sharing , and establish a learning - type cultural industry cluster , which is an inevitable choice for the development of cultural industry cluster in China .
