【摘要】： 改革開放以來,鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想一直是我國社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的重要指導(dǎo)思想,為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)開辟了新道路,促進(jìn)了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展。當(dāng)今時(shí)期,和平與發(fā)展仍然是時(shí)代的主題,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)相對(duì)落后,發(fā)展不平衡狀況極其嚴(yán)重,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展依舊是社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的核心問題。建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國家,建設(shè)全面小康的和諧社會(huì),要求我們必須做到在馬克思主義基本原理和方法的指導(dǎo)下,善于研究新情況、解決新問題,進(jìn)行理論創(chuàng)新,以指導(dǎo)我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè),而不能本本主義地固守馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的理論。鄧小平非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想是鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理論的重要組成部分,是馬克思主義中國化的重要理論成果;是現(xiàn)代化的理論成果:是研究新情況、解決新問題的典范。因此,對(duì)鄧小平非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的研究,可以為將來的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和方法上的借鑒、參考。 本文對(duì)鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想作了較為深入研究,主要內(nèi)容具體分為以下四個(gè)部分: 第一部分圍繞鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,依次論述了均衡與非均衡的相關(guān)思想,以便更好地理解鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想。接著以此為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想進(jìn)行分析,并做出定義。 第二部分是闡述鄧小平非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)歷史條件。本部分內(nèi)容是本文重要內(nèi)容,具體地論述了鄧小平非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想產(chǎn)生的基礎(chǔ)和條件;指出鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展思想是以鄧小平為核心的第二代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體建設(shè)社會(huì)主義實(shí)踐的產(chǎn)物,有其獨(dú)特的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ);指出了其理論淵源和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)條件。 第三部分是本文核心內(nèi)容,論述了鄧小平非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想的主要內(nèi)容。包括:人與人之間的非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想;區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想;產(chǎn)業(yè)非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想;發(fā)展進(jìn)程(發(fā)展速度)非均衡戰(zhàn)略思想;并對(duì)各部分內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了辯證分析。 第四部分分析了鄧小平非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想的主要特點(diǎn)。包括:實(shí)踐性、辯證性、創(chuàng)新性、全局性、時(shí)機(jī)性。 第五部分是對(duì)鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想意義的研究,論述了在理論和實(shí)踐上的重要意義。 研究表明,在國際舞臺(tái)上以經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力為核心的綜合國力較量的今天,經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)依然是我國所有工作的中心和關(guān)鍵所在;鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)依然具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening - up , Deng Xiaoping ' s strategic idea of unbalanced economic development has been an important guiding ideology of our country ' s socialist economic construction . It has opened up a new way for our country ' s economic construction , and has promoted the high - speed development of our country ' s economy .



This paper makes a further study on Deng Xiaoping ' s strategic thinking of unbalanced economic development , which is divided into four parts :



The first part focuses on the scientific connotation of Deng Xiaoping ' s strategic thinking of unbalanced economic development , and expounds the related ideas of equilibrium and non - equilibrium in turn , so as to better understand Deng Xiaoping ' s strategic thinking of unbalanced economic development . Then , on this basis , the strategic thinking of Deng Xiaoping ' s economic non - equilibrium development is analyzed and the definition is made .



The second part expounds the social and historical conditions of Deng Xiaoping ' s strategic thinking of unbalanced development , and points out that Deng Xiaoping ' s thought of unbalanced development is the product of building socialism with the second generation central leadership , which is the core of Deng Xiaoping , has its unique theory and realistic foundation , and points out its theoretical origin and practical base conditions .



The third part is the core contents of this paper , and discusses the main contents of Deng Xiaoping ' s unbalanced development strategy .



The fourth part analyses the main characteristics of Deng Xiaoping ' s strategic thinking of unbalanced development , including : practical , dialectical , innovative , global and timing .



The fifth part is the research on the significance of Deng Xiaoping ' s strategic thinking of unbalanced economic development , and discusses the significance of theory and practice .



The research shows that the economic construction remains the center and the key of all the work of our country today . Deng Xiaoping ' s strategic thinking of unbalanced economic development still has important guiding significance to our country ' s economic construction .
