【摘要】： 制度演化是制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的重要研究領(lǐng)域之一,新/舊制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、行為制度理論和社會(huì)制度學(xué)派都對(duì)制度演化過(guò)程提出了自己的觀點(diǎn),但由于方法論上的局限性,缺乏對(duì)制度演化階段的完整分析,也因?yàn)槿狈σ环N具體的微觀行為基礎(chǔ),無(wú)法對(duì)制度演化過(guò)程進(jìn)行深入、系統(tǒng)地分析。本文運(yùn)用奧地利學(xué)派的方法論,借鑒復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論的最新研究方法,將制度演化過(guò)程建立在企業(yè)家行為的微觀基礎(chǔ)之上,構(gòu)建多主體基礎(chǔ)的制度演化模型,通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)模擬試驗(yàn)對(duì)企業(yè)家行為與制度的協(xié)同演化關(guān)系進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。 論文的分析思路是這樣展開(kāi)的。首先,對(duì)已有制度演化理論的研究進(jìn)行了評(píng)述,提出從奧地利學(xué)派方法論角度建立基于企業(yè)家行為的制度演化分析框架,認(rèn)為制度是自發(fā)演化的,其軌跡可追尋到主觀、敏銳型企業(yè)家的行為。接著,對(duì)企業(yè)家從機(jī)會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)、判斷決策到創(chuàng)新資本計(jì)劃的行為過(guò)程進(jìn)行了總結(jié),探討了資本、資本計(jì)劃、資本結(jié)構(gòu)及其演化的內(nèi)涵和特征,為制度演化的過(guò)程建立了微觀行為基礎(chǔ)。然后,對(duì)制度演化過(guò)程的復(fù)雜性、自組織性特征進(jìn)行分析,揭示企業(yè)家行為與制度的協(xié)同演化關(guān)系是通過(guò)企業(yè)家的社會(huì)互動(dòng)——社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的強(qiáng)聯(lián)系和弱聯(lián)系進(jìn)行聯(lián)結(jié)的,而企業(yè)家的制度遵循行為和制度創(chuàng)新行為則構(gòu)成了制度演化的正負(fù)反饋協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,導(dǎo)引著制度演化的方向和階段,且制度演化過(guò)程將經(jīng)歷萌芽、發(fā)展、成熟、分化和衰退等五個(gè)階段。為了進(jìn)一步深入分析制度的演化過(guò)程,最后運(yùn)用復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論中的多主體基礎(chǔ)(Multi-Agent Based)模型構(gòu)建了制度演化模型,并運(yùn)用MATLAB軟件編程,通過(guò)模擬試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了企業(yè)家行為和制度之間的協(xié)同演化關(guān)系以及社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要作用。
[Abstract]:Institutional evolution is one of the important research fields in institutional economics. New / old institutional economics, behavioral institutional theory and social system school have all put forward their own views on the process of institutional evolution, but due to the limitations of methodology,Lack of a complete analysis of the stage of institutional evolution, but also because of the lack of a specific basis of micro-behavior, the institutional evolution process can not be in-depth, systematic analysis.Based on the methodology of Austrian school and the latest research methods of complex system theory, this paper constructs a multi-subject institutional evolution model based on the micro basis of entrepreneur's behavior.The co-evolution relationship between entrepreneur's behavior and institution is verified by computer simulation experiment.The analysis of this paper is carried out in this way.First of all, the research on the existing institutional evolution theory is reviewed, and an analytical framework of institutional evolution based on entrepreneur's behavior is proposed from the perspective of Austrian school methodology. It is believed that the institutional evolution is spontaneous and its track can be traced to subjective.The behavior of a keen entrepreneur.Then, the author summarizes the behavior process of entrepreneur from opportunity discovery, judgment decision to innovative capital plan, and discusses the connotation and characteristics of capital, capital plan, capital structure and its evolution.The microcosmic behavior foundation is established for the process of institutional evolution.Then, by analyzing the complexity and self-organization characteristics of institutional evolution, it is revealed that the co-evolution relationship between entrepreneur's behavior and institution is connected by the strong and weak connections of entrepreneur's social interaction and social network.The entrepreneur's institutional following behavior and institutional innovation behavior constitute the positive and negative feedback coordination mechanism of institutional evolution, and guide the direction and stage of institutional evolution, and the process of institutional evolution will go through germination, development and maturity.Differentiation and decline are five stages.In order to further analyze the evolution process of institution, the system evolution model is constructed by using the multi-agent based model of complex system theory, and the system evolution model is programmed by MATLAB software, and the simulation experiment is carried out.The co-evolution relationship between entrepreneur behavior and institution and the important role of social network are verified.
