【摘要】： 新自由主義是20世紀30年代資本主義由私人壟斷走向國家壟斷時期在西方經(jīng)濟學(xué)中出現(xiàn)的一種為資本主義制度辯護、維護資產(chǎn)階級利益的思潮。作為西方資本主義“福利國家”政策的重要理論基礎(chǔ),在世界范圍有著很大的影響。隨著中國改革開放的不斷深入,中西方的思想交流與理論的碰撞成為一種必然,同時,作為西方意識形態(tài)戰(zhàn)略的一部分,西方資本主義國家在世界范圍也極力推行新自由主義主張。新自由主義不僅作為一種理論,也作為一種思潮和政策必然對中國的發(fā)展道路與發(fā)展模式造成影響。因此,對新自由主義思潮進行研究,揭示其興起的原因和本質(zhì)將具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和理論意義。這不僅有助于澄清人們思想上的錯誤認識,促進精神文明建設(shè),而且有助于保證社會主義改革方向和維護馬克思主義在意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的指導(dǎo)地位。 本文首先對新自由主義的內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展脈絡(luò),理論淵源做了系統(tǒng)的梳理；其次介紹了20世紀80、90年代最具有代表性和影響力的新自由主義學(xué)派,并從經(jīng)濟理論、政治理論和國際戰(zhàn)略方面闡述了新自由主義的基本主張,這些主張為拉美、俄羅斯等東歐國家?guī)砹藝乐氐膼汗�；最后從意識形態(tài)的角度,剖析了新自由主義的本質(zhì),分析了新自由主義對我國意識形態(tài)、公有制地位和黨的執(zhí)政地位等方面構(gòu)成的威脅,從而提出維護意識形態(tài)安全的策略。
[Abstract]:Neoliberalism is a trend of thought in western economics in the period of capitalism from private monopoly to state monopoly in 1930s to defend the capitalist system and safeguard the interests of the bourgeoisie.As an important theoretical basis of western capitalist welfare state policy, it has a great influence in the world.With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the collision of ideas and theories between China and the West has become inevitable. At the same time, as part of the western ideological strategy,Western capitalist countries in the world also vigorously promote neoliberalism.Neoliberalism not only as a theory, but also as a trend of thought and policy will inevitably have an impact on China's development path and development model.Therefore, it is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the trend of neoliberalism and reveal the reason and essence of its rise.This is not only helpful to clarify people's wrong understanding of ideology and promote the construction of spiritual civilization, but also helps to ensure the direction of socialist reform and safeguard the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field.In this paper, the connotation, development context and theoretical origin of neoliberalism are systematically summarized, and then the most representative and influential neoliberalism school in the 1980s and 1990s is introduced.In the aspect of political theory and international strategy, this paper expounds the basic ideas of neoliberalism, which bring serious consequences for Latin America, Russia and other Eastern European countries, and finally analyzes the essence of neoliberalism from the angle of ideology.This paper analyzes the threat of neoliberalism to the ideology, the public ownership and the ruling position of the Party in our country, and puts forward the strategies to maintain the ideological security.
