【摘要】：為預測并行或復雜項目中大量涌現(xiàn)出的返工、協(xié)調和等待等"隱性工作",基于Agent仿真和計算組織相關理論,實現(xiàn)了經理論和實踐驗證有效的可計算項目組織和流程(CPOP)模型.該模型能對任務、流程、人員和組織進行建模,模擬隱性工作的涌現(xiàn),輸出工期、成本、質量、隱性工作和工作積壓等定量結果,評估項目組織與流程的匹配度.這一模型有助于促進項目組織和流程設計的定量化研究.
[Abstract]:In order to predict the "recessive work" of rework, coordination and waiting in a large number of parallel or complex projects, based on the relevant theories of Agent simulation and computational organization, an effective model of computable project organization and process has been realized, which has been proved to be effective in theory and practice.The model can model tasks, processes, personnel and organizations, simulate the emergence of hidden work, output time limit, cost, quality, hidden work and work backlog, and evaluate the matching degree between project organization and process.This model contributes to the quantitative study of project organization and process design.
