【摘要】：隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化的加快和人民生活水平的提高,居民消費(fèi)碳足跡越來越不容忽視。本文在綜述國內(nèi)外居民消費(fèi)碳足跡的基礎(chǔ)上,以投入產(chǎn)出法為基礎(chǔ),深入研究了北京市2007年居民消費(fèi)直接碳足跡和隱含碳足跡的特征。結(jié)果顯示:城鎮(zhèn)居民碳足跡總量約7993萬t,約為農(nóng)村居民碳足跡總量1195.55萬t的7倍。其中城鎮(zhèn)居民碳足跡以隱含碳足跡為主,農(nóng)村居民碳足跡以直接碳足跡為主。從居民消費(fèi)隱含碳足跡構(gòu)成來看,城鎮(zhèn)居民以食品、交通和通信、文教娛樂用品和服務(wù)為主,分別為35.2%,14.1%和13.8%;農(nóng)村居民主要以食品、居住、交通和通信為主,分別為32.4%,21.9%和12.3%。此外,居民消費(fèi)隱含碳足跡隨著收入水平的增加而增加,尤其是交通和通信碳足跡增加明顯。最后針對(duì)北京市城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)碳足跡的特征,分別給出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's living standards in China, the carbon footprint of residents' consumption can not be ignored more and more. This paper summarizes the carbon footprint of domestic and foreign residents' consumption, based on the input-output method. In 2007, the characteristics of direct carbon footprint and implied carbon footprint of residents in Beijing were studied. The results show that the total carbon footprint of urban residents is about 79.93 million tons, which is about 7 times of the total carbon footprint of rural residents of eleven million nine hundred and fifty-five thousand and five hundred tons. People's carbon footprint is mainly implied carbon footprint, The main carbon footprint of rural residents is direct carbon footprint. From the composition of implicit carbon footprint of resident consumption, urban residents are mainly food, transportation, communication, cultural, educational and recreational goods and services, which are 35.2percent and 13.8.The rural residents mainly live in food, housing, etc. Traffic and communication are the main ones, accounting for 21.9% and 12.3% respectively. In addition, the implied carbon footprint of residents' consumption increases with the increase of income level, especially the carbon footprint of traffic and communication. Finally, the characteristics of consumption carbon footprint of urban and rural residents in Beijing are pointed out. The corresponding policy suggestions are given respectively.
