【摘要】：毛澤東管理思想是對(duì)國內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)管理思想的繼承和發(fā)展,也是對(duì)馬克思主義管理思想的運(yùn)用和創(chuàng)新。我國企業(yè)在決策管理、文化建設(shè)、人力資源管理以及運(yùn)營管理中,都在運(yùn)用著毛澤東管理思想,并取得了顯著成效,因此,我們要學(xué)習(xí)毛澤東管理思想,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步探索企業(yè)管理方法的創(chuàng)新之路。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's management thought is the inheritance and development of the traditional management thought in China, as well as the application and innovation of Marxist management thought. Chinese enterprises are involved in decision-making management, cultural construction, human resource management and operation management. Both of them are using Mao Zedong's management thought, and have achieved remarkable results. Therefore, we should learn Mao Zedong's management thought, and on this basis further explore the innovative way of enterprise management method.
