【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著科技的發(fā)展和企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的變化,以培養(yǎng)"工程科學(xué)型"和"工程技術(shù)型"人才為主要形式的高等理工科教育也進(jìn)入了改革發(fā)展時(shí)期。拓寬理工科教育的領(lǐng)域,突破傳統(tǒng)的技術(shù)或生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域、增設(shè)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)科的教學(xué)、強(qiáng)調(diào)綜合能力的培養(yǎng)成為現(xiàn)今理工科高校教育改革的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。本文通過(guò)比較國(guó)內(nèi)外高等院校理工科專業(yè)經(jīng)管課程設(shè)置的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從能力培養(yǎng)角度提出了理工科專業(yè)經(jīng)管課程的設(shè)置的基本思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of science and technology and the change of enterprise management mode, the higher science and engineering education, which takes "engineering science type" and "engineering technology type" as the main form, has also entered the period of reform and development. To break through the traditional technical or production fields, and to increase the teaching of economic management, It is emphasized that the cultivation of comprehensive ability has become an important content in the educational reform of science and engineering colleges and universities. This paper compares the experience of setting up courses for science and engineering majors at home and abroad. This paper puts forward the basic idea of setting up the course of management in science and engineering major from the angle of ability training.
