【摘要】：正加快西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)跨越發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的重要內(nèi)容。在國家實(shí)施區(qū)域發(fā)展總體戰(zhàn)略和主體功能區(qū)規(guī)劃、西部大開發(fā)新的十年規(guī)劃和政策措施,進(jìn)一步提高區(qū)域發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)性的戰(zhàn)略背景下,在黨的十八大提出五大建設(shè)的新的歷史條件下,西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)跨越式發(fā)展面臨新的更大的機(jī)遇。為了充分研討國家戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的有效對(duì)接,促進(jìn)西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和發(fā)展,加快西部地區(qū)全面建成小康社會(huì)建設(shè)進(jìn)程,《經(jīng)濟(jì)理論與經(jīng)濟(jì)管理》雜志和蘭州商學(xué)院聯(lián)合主辦的"西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型與跨越式發(fā)展論壇"定于2013年春夏之交在蘭州召開,具體時(shí)間待定。
